Cancellation of Beame
Trying to cancel my Beame tracker. Was sent a cancellation amount for due date 25th but email was only sent to me on the 26th! Made a follow up enquiry, and it's just been crickets.

New app is pathetic.
New app is pathetic. Can't add Vitality cards. Emailed customer care on 1 July. Only received an automated reference number. It's now 8 July and no feedback received and guidance on how to resolve the issue.

Always receive great service with a smile, no matter which branch in the country. Love the Matcha latte. The only mainstream coffee shop that still offers it. The Cresta branch chicken and mayonnaise toast will rival the best out there.

Incorrect information on certificate of insurance and customer data.
Unsure where they got the information from as they never asked me for it. Incorrect engine number and vehicle description. Customer email address changed. Resubmitted information. But incorrect information still not yet updated.

Samsung buy and get "voucher" a rip off
Qualified for a R4 000 Kulula travel voucher on the Samsung buy and get offer when I bought a Samsung washing machine. Have to use the contact centre to make a booking. Contact centre sent me the quote. I searched the Kulula website for the exact flights before requesting the quote. The quote is R10 200 as compared to R 4 500 when I searched the Kulula website for the exact flights. They are inflating the price by R 5 700! So I will pay R1 700 more after being allocated my discount.
