Bought a pair of Hi-Tec shoes online a couple of months ago, after the first week the problems started, first the material started opening up from "normal" walking at work, then the soles stated peeling. I've been a Hi-Tec customer for 30 years and supporter of " proudly South African" companies, but this is a disgrace, I could've ordered the same bad quality shoes online from T-mo at a fraction of the price. I wish I were able to attach pictures for people to see. Please supply a tube of Bostic with every pair sold.
I’ve leased a property via Pam Golding Uitenhage for a year, 2 months before the lease expired the agent informed me that the owner don’t want to rent out the propery anymore and I must vacate the property on 31 December when the lease expires. I immediately started to search for a rental in Uitenhage, but couldn’t get a house to let due to the shortage on rental properties, I’ve decided to purchase a home, but unfortunately due to circumstances out of my control I could only move into the property in the first week of January, I informed the agent that I wouldn’t be able to vacate the rental property on 31 December, but will start to move the 1st of January and we were out of the property by 5 January. I informed the agent beforehand that I’ll pay the rental pro-rata for the 5 days. On 4 January I contacted the agent and asked her to come and do a inspection, she scheduled an appointment for 5 January, we met at the house for the inspection and when I asked her when can I expect my deposit and utilities refund she informed me that the principal used it to pay the owner the monthly rent for January after I informed them via email that I’ll be out of the property in the 1st week of January. I decided not to had over the keys until I receive my deposit back, now the owner went to the police stating that the rental lease has expired and I’m vacating the property and withholding any payment and he now demands the keys to the property to move in, but Pam Goldings’s Uitenhage principal used my deposit to pay the rent for January. How can a principal decided to use my deposit to pay for a whole month without consulting with me, I’ve tried to contact him 6 times today, but the just refuse to answer or to return my calls. Please don’t ever use these people the lease a property, they’re really hopeless when it comes to service and if that’s not enough they’ll steal your money.
I wish I could give a "negative star" rating, but unfortunately it's not available. On 20 December 2018 before the holidays I went to Masterparts Montague Gardens and bought new glow plugs for my car, I ask the salesman for four glow plugs for a Dodge Caliber CRD. I tried to book a service to replace the glow plugs, but I could only get a service scheduled for 8 Feb, when I collected my car after the service the mechanic told me that I supplied the incorrect glow plugs and he got new glow pugs from Goldwagen. I went back to Masterparts on 11 Feb. and told them that they supplied me the wrong glow plugs and I requested a refund, they agreed, but asked a 50% handling fee, how can that be, they supplied me with the wrong parts, but I must pay for their mistake, what happened to customer service, I'll never support then again, luckily I'm a manager of a big retail outlet in Montague Gardens and I'll tell all my clients to stop supporting Masterparts. I'm a frequent flyer with Mango airlines, and use their services as often as 4 times a month, my last flight with Mango were probably the most traumatic experience in my life. On Friday 29 Sept. me and my mother flew from PE to JHB with Mango (JE534) to collect my twin boys, (under the age of 2 years) to come and visit me in PE for 10 days. On our flight back from JHB - PE (JE541) the flight attended told me that I, my mother and twins can't sit together, I told the flight attended that it were the first time in almost 4 months that my twins has been with me, because my estranged wife "stole" my boys and fled to JHB with them and I had to get a court to allow visitation. It were also the first time the twins were flying and were very scared. We tried to move, but one of the twins started to cry hysterically and clinched onto me, the flight attended then said it's fine we may sit together, after a couple of minutes one of the other flight attendants came to us stating we can't sit together and that the airplane will not take off before we moved. I asked her to tell the pilot of my ordeal and ask him if we may sit together only for the ascend, but to no avail. The pilot announced there's a "uncooperative" passenger and he will not depart and if "he" doesn't cooperate he will let him disembark with the police. We had to move with the twins screaming and clinging on to me, what a traumatic first flight for my poor boys. No were on the terms & conditions it's stated that infants can't sit together on a plane, it only stated 1 adult per infant, if it were communicated properly before hand I would've booked 3 seats or rather opted for driving. I'm not willing to put my boys through such a traumatic experience again and would think twice before I'll be a paying Mango customer again.
