SHOCKING AND ***********
This is going to be short. I have been declined a severe illness and terminal illness add on to my life insurance policy. More investigations for my epilepsy before consideration can be taken into account. Must i cut my skull open for you and let you look at my brain. What does my neurologist need to give me to send you??? I need specifics not a letter without any information. I am a discovery client. i have life insurance, medical aid, house and item insurance, banking. I want answers and detailed answers or i am done with your insurance. You are so fast to take money but so *********** to actually provide someone with a severe illness benefit. I did my medicals as requested. ALL IS OK AND THERE IS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING WRONG WITH ME. I want this resolved asap. Regards

Dogs illness caused by injury
I am done with dotsure. Customer over 7 years. My dog passed away last weekend. IVDD caused by trauma. Claim is not covered. I will be moving it a new insurer. Disgusting

absurd increases
first time since ive been a customer for years that i am paying 300 plus for my 2 senior dogs? accidental is all they offer for them anyways . i am extremely frustrated seeing my premiums increase . i am seriously considering moving to a different insurer as ive been a loyal customer for 7 years , nearly going on 8!

I want my money
I can’t withdraw my funds . Have called in way too many times was assured I can withdraw funds into my wife’s account / I can’t withdraw because I do not have a bank account as I’m busy with a few legal issues . It’s my money and I want it drawn out . I am using my wife’s account for the time being. I am happy to get my laywers to send written consent for this . Just give me my money . It’s been nothing but grief with this discovery invest situation it’s an absolute joke and a waste of money . I’m very disappointed and extremely unhappy

Wesbank settlement
Auto BMW settled my car on the 19/01/16 with wesbank<br> The account ( wesbank ) is still reflecting on my fnb profile. BMW has said wesbank say the funds have not reflected yet but they have sent wesbank the proof of payment etc. <br> Wesbank better not debit my account this February is my car is settled. I'm suppose to have a month free since I signed with bmw . I want my account closed today and the debit removed . If the money is taken out my account I want it refunded into my account. How does it take you 8 days to see no payment of they sent proof? I want answers and I want my account closed
