Nothing in them have a sense of customer service. I even regret buying from them. Even the online team disappointed me. They are spot on with disappointing Especially Westgate Mall. Over a month waiting for a refund. Im not sure how more explanations are fixing any of my problems that keep piling up.

The poorest delivery service ever experienced. I hear apologies but no explanation and resolutions. I myself have to call for follow up on faulty information. What a service in this time of need I was claiming funeral benefit of my parent, and the claim was refused. I don't understand why because the last time. I was confirming whether my dad is covered and i was assured that he is covered under moms policy and therefore the confirmation has now resulted in me being prejudiced in that you had assurity that he is sorted with Old Mutual. 2.. in that to my knowledge, my parents, they were reconciled in that your dad took full part with moms funeral. Hence, I knew he was covered under moms policy When I claimed yesterday. I had been assured again that everything was ok. Im have a burial, and what do they expect me to do. I have nothing My frustration is being deserted and left stranded few days before burial
They hardly have everything in place. Eachvtine i go there, something is missing. I even question their hygiene. I bought a mere ice cream. Vodacom In Brits Safari Centre, the woman called Carol who works there is so much inconsiderate and would lie straight in your face. I am now stuck with a contract that I can't afford and I am unable to reduce it. Going to her will be very pointless as she is only concerned about making sales of high amounts. She's rude and a true reflection of a hypothetical face of a brand that does not such complaint. Vodacom has been in my life for almost 2 decades but now I have had it with their staff. 2 years it's nothing, after that.. j won't look back.
Every time we buy sausages and worse from shoprite near the taxi rank. It is very salty in a way the left me sick for days <br> Reduce the salt or rather taste a bit before putting it on shelves for people to buy.<br> We have chronic illnesses and the salt can trigger the diseases <br> It is very unpleasant
