Cancelling of Contract with 5 Days - Delayed
I had a Telkom Mobile contract with Telkom direct and when my contract expired i was contacted by Selldirect to upgrade my contract. I admit that i did not do all my homework and only after agreeing to upgrade realised that Telkom Mobile offers a better contract than Selldirect. I then contacted Selldirect to cancel my contract (within the 5-day cooling off period) but up until today they still have not contacted me back and even if you phone their numbers there is NO answer.<br> I want to cancel the contract and even after i said i will pay the reasonable cancellation fee and still no feedback. this is unacceptable and would really like to some feedback!
