Bought a defective product online, reported this and it took several week ls to respond to the initial ticket logged, thereafter i was advised to go to a physical location for someone to look into this and confirm it's defectiveness, I did as instructed and when I arrived I was told by the representative that I needed to print out the receipt emailed to me for them to confirm the purchase, the rep then proceeded to tell me that the product was not defective but empty implying I used it and could not tell it was empty. The attitude of this rep...distasteful. I received an email where I had to provide a product code and to date no reply still
I spent less than 30mins there and from my experience there I am definitely not going to continue with the Brand
So i submitted a claim with them as they are my insurer and twice their "assessing" partners stated that my does not have an issue and i have that it does, and even though i gave specific details regarding how and when the issue is experienced both partners where extremely precise to ensure that they do not meet those problem criterias, to avoid processing and paying the claim

I keep trying to give this provide a chance because a friend knows the founders personally, but each and every time there is something, I tried to return something and i was told i had to go return the item myself at the store i ordered from online and I did , only to arrive there and be told the the buyer who purchased the item was on leave and the item could not be returned without here there or her card, I spent close to 3hrs at the store, back and forth at the store and the buyer that was there was laughing about the incident with the buyer on leave. this was on Friday afternoon and to date the issue is still unresolved,
Submitted a claim more than a week ago and only received feedback when I sent in note about the treatment I received from their technician on the day after that the phone was submitted, I had not received any communication from the claims handler on the claim and she only called in after i emailed their complaints department, Im assuming so she could provide the complaints department with feedback, i still don't have feedback on the except that they are still waiting for the report from that same technician who's personal TAT is minimum 5days, i'm guessing that MIway has its own TAT over and above that. This is so disappointing that they will continue to hide behind the technician forgetting that the relationship is not between myself and the technician but with them directly, I would rather go back to my previous insurer, at least with them the relationship was both ways,
I bought a watch at this place at the end of March and returned leasbthan 5days later because it was defective, they refused to refund me , said that they needed to send it for repairs and when I canned to follow up 2weeks later I got the nastiest attitude because apparently you don't call them they call you, it's been over a money since I returned this samsung watch and to date I still have not heard anything. And really if they can keep their watch and give me back my money that would fix a lot of things for me. I would be able to buy a working watch for one .
Went from impressed to just beyond thoroughly shocked as what looked like competence and ease of service skipped right over to distasteful.
I have been using Rain now for a year and thought that thwywbouod carry on what seemed like great service only to really truly be shown their "true colors" and I must say It's nothing like a rainbow. I requested a router in September and they delivered it 2 weeks later and they could not activate the sim for whatever reason and blamed it on the coverage (if was coverage it would come and say no connection right?). Except this particular package charged and fully paid for has never been activated and Rain is refusing to refund us back our money, making excuses and passing the buck between any and everyone on the staff.
I purchased one of the rain packages for my siblings , having used the provider myself for almost a year and I must say the service that we have received since receiving the no n functional sim or device is really honest to God distasteful. 1. Firstly they falsified the network Coverage making it so that you purchase an unsuitable package 2. They delay their responses so that you do get the refund they say they will give you is you do not get what you need from them within a certain time frame, no one follows up, no one cares about resolving the problems that they have created. For the level of service received for the past 10days it is absolutely embarrassing to call yourselves a service provider of any kind.
