My daughter and her husband booked 4 nights of their honeymoon at Villa-Roux. They are aware of the issues with water in the Cape, the owner sent an email end of January to them stating that they shouldn't worry too much about the restrictions as she has jojo tanks and the restrictions aren't as bad in Franschhoek. Upon arrival she told them not to shower for longer than 40 seconds and not to flush the toilet except for 'noodgevalle' and when you're a lady you need to throw your used toilet paper in a plastic bag in the dustbin because otherwise it clogs the toilet because you are flushing so infrequently. But then she doesn't put a bag in the bin. There were signs everywhere telling you she gets fines if she goes over her usage. There was also an issue with beds - there are 3 beds in the cottage, two upstairs and 1 down stairs. When they arrived the owner told them they could lie down upstairs if they wanted to, which they did. Then they decided to not sleep downstairs, so that the guesthouse didn't have to wash 2 sets of bedding. The next evening they got back to a nasty note telling them that they better not sleep downstairs now because otherwise they would be charged extra because of the extra washing they have to do. There were several other small incidents which eventually caused them to vacate the guesthouse one night early and lose that money plus have to pay out extra for accommodation elsewhere. This is unacceptable behavior in my opinion. They were well aware and prepared for the water restrictions but if she had a problem then she should not have sent them the email.
I ordered and paid for a parcel on Rosegal.com. The parcel was sent via Netherlands Post Registered Tracking number RU ********** 98NL and arrived in SA on the 28th Nov 2017. It is currently listed as being at JIMC A and as with other people no-one knows anything or is even close to willing to help. This is the most disgusting service (service - hahaha)
Hi, we came into Food Lovers to buy some of your awesome macaroons 2 weeks ago and when my husband reached down to pick one up a wave of flies drifted up from the plate! When he spoke to one of the ladies behind the counter she just looked at him like he was stupid. This was very bad! I really love these macaroons and can only get them here but now not sure we want to buy from you again. Can we suggest that you get those net covers to put over the food that is standing open and maybe burn those citronella candles on those tables

We went to Toni's on Tuesday night and had a great time. The service was friendly and everyone seemed to help each other. The food was excellent and I really enjoyed the wide variety of different and unique pizzas. Will definitely return soon!
