Elihle Nqwata and Thulani are the worst alleged team leaders i ever spoke to in the internet department!!! The total number of minutes I have held on a call for them in a period of 3 days in over 150 minutes, and when my airtime disconnects none of them has the audacity to call me back!!! Elihle said I should pay R384 and my package will be upgraded to a 220GB, I paid the amount, now its day 2 since the payment amd still no data. I then called in asked for a top up and Thulani loaded a 10GB on the wrong router and refused to reverse it!!! I explained in all South African languages that I rely on wifi to stream DSTV yet they still did not bother to assist. When I ask me where is there TCF they do not even know what that stands for!!! Both of them do not have telephone etiquette!!! If you cannot call me after 17h00 for this complaint, please only call between 13h20 amd 13h45 when I'm on lunch, if you will bother to call!!! 0810992575

AN acquittance of mine cancelled her router about 7 months ago however she is still being billed for same. Are you able to confirm cancellation in writing and collect your router?!?!?!?!?! She is only available to take calls between 12h00 and 12h50 on 0794554968
