****mers! These guys charged me for a repair in April and in June my aircon stopped working again and he just reads my messages without responding. They just want to milk you then disappear disgusting!
First time ordering there and my pizza came half open. Both the restaurant and MrD don't want to own up to this busy pointing fingers. The manager thinks he can sweet talk his way of not securing the pizza box and make it seem like the "law" only allows one sticker yet it's very flimsy
My food was opened and both MrD and the restaurant doesn't want to own up to this. They just tell me apologies as if that will get me my money back

I took my car in at BMW Auto glen for a diagnosis in mid-December the lady who we had spoken to on the phone confirmed our appointment but when we got there they refused to take in the car until we asked for the service manager who then agreed to take it in Long story short they advised that the diagnosis could take 2 days and we had no issue but after a few hours we received a call saying the whole engine needs to be replaced and it will cost 200k so basically no tests were run and they just wanted to get rid of the car so I had to pay diagnosis fees if about 2k. I couldn't understand how the whole engine could be faulty and we requested more information but nobody attended to us. We parked the car and finally decided to get a second opinion only to find that the clutch needed to be replaced and the engine is 100%. BMW the glen is unprofessional and I would never recommend it to anyone and I demand the diagnosis money that I paid as its clear that they dud not diagnose the car instead they gave us a ****py just so that they could enjoy their December holidays! Please refund me my money and take note that you've lost me as your client it drives me more mad that I was considering buying another car but I will never set foot at any BMW dealership
I was locked out of my house and needed assistance to get in. I called Miway and they instantly assisted me - such great customer service thank you very much for rescuing me
Extremely rude and poor customer service by Nonhlanhla Nkala who is apparently the manager. I logged an issue in April and till today the issue hasn't been resolved and instead they've been looking for reasons to run away from the actual issue. The manager hang up the call as i was talking to her and refused to listen to my story but had more to say than to even listen to my problem

Carl Geldenhuys redeemed my Groupon voucher without me being there, he confirms booking without the consent of the buyer and he ignores emails and says he hasn't received anything. This is with regards to the boat cruise voucher I bought. I booked 2 days ago and he only replied yesterday confirming the incorrect time slot and when I replied back that I can't make the time he ignores my mail and redeems my voucher.
