Dealt with Charles. Placed order and got delivery the next day. Product delivered to specification. Extremely pleased with overall service and quality. Read some very negative reviews and was concerned. But my experience was great and im 100% satisfied.
Took my car into Audi Sandton on Tuesday for minor repairs. When i went to collect the car on Thursday it was returned to me with my rear view mirror broken and dangling. I pointed this out to my service advisor, who confirmed that the damage was caused, while the car was in their care. He consulted his manager, on what to do. The service manager took a look and then proceeded to insinuate that the mirror just broke off. The advised me that this "happens all the time, to car parked in the sun on their lot." He was insistent. I objected an demanded they fix it. His proposed solution, was that they would tape it up and i should take it to a windscreen repair outlet and have it fixed at my expense. I insisted they fix it, since they caused the damage. He eventually agreed - can you believe the audacity of this Audi "customer service"representative? I advised him that i needed the car for today, owing to work, meetings etc. He offered no courtesy car or any other amends. He remained reluctant to do anything to take accountability for the damage and repair. Today the car was returned today, delivered to my home, and upon inspection, i discovered that the repair was defective. The mirror was now glued to the windscreen, but crooked and the plastic casing broken and dangling. The fact that they never checked this, before delivering the vehicle, is even more shocking than the service manager blatantly denying responsibility. When i called the service advisor to notify him of the defective workmanship, he said there was nothing he could do. I expressed my dissatisfaction and requested to speak to the dealer principal - his response was that the dealer principal had left for the day and there was no one i could escalate this to. His advice was that i accept this. I've been a client of this dealership for 15 years and never experienced such appalling service. From poor workmanship to some of the worse customer service ive experienced ever. This is off the back of just spending R18,000 with them. I will be taking this further, directly to Audi SA, this dealership is a stain on the Audi brand. My advice to would be customers - don't support Audi Sandton, unless you want appauling service and have to deal with inept and arrogant self-righteous people.
I transfered funds from my Capitec account into my Tymebank accounts on 1 April 19 and to date the funds are not reflecting. Called Tymebank and was on hold for over 15 min, at which point i hung-up. Sent them an email and no response. This is disgustingly poor service from a bank that aims to capture the mass market. Clearly they have capacity constraints to deal with incoming consumer queries/complaints on all channels. At this point, im ready to close this account that has only been open for 2 weeks now.
Ive been under debt review for 5 years. Ive tried for the past 18 months to get out - with no success! A friend of mine told me to try Lucid, because they helped him. 3 Months later, after i started with Lucid, im officially free - no longer under debt review. Today, i just got confirmation that my home loan application was approved by the bank. Im soon going to be in my new home, thanks to the awesome people at Lucid.
