good day people this company phoned me to join there policy a year ago and with the policy they told me it covers a lot of stuff and they deliver within the week and they do call outs to repair your vehicle etc after 1 year i had a small stratch and dent on my vehicle i phone the stracth and dent people .now when i claim they give me a claim number and i must send my vehicle by two panel beaters which will give a quotation on the vehicle i did all that i have been waiting now for over two weeks for a respond from these people then finally i was fed up and i sent a email to them to cancel my policy cause they don't keep to there word i wouldn't advice anyone to take this policy cause its utterly shit and this company only good for debiting money i want a refund from this company cause they wasted my time driving around phoning them and they seem like a scam to me now sincing they took my money and they didn't help me the way they promised
On the 29th of august my internet service provider decided to throttle me at 145gigs usaully i used to download 300 gigs then they used to send me the usage tracking tool agreement. So like any paying customer i phoned 10210 to ask them for my password cause i forgot it .so they changed my password after my password was changed my line went dead from sunday till thursday i got a dead line here for more than 5days in a row no one call me back informing me when a technician is coming everytime i phone they change my pasword and they say they log the fault and its esculating and a technician will contact me .end of the month comes they want the full price not looking at the business i lost for 7days and encounting they will come when the month is fucked and want me to pay full price yourll fucking around.people they pay for a service and the company dont deliver or keep to they word should be acountable for my bill
i purchased a datsun go from my dealership, when purchasing the vechile i was told there was a tracker inside my vechile . i asked the dealership can i cancel it they said yes if i want to. i asked the dealership will i pay any penalties. he replyed and said No as long as i do it with in the first three months ,so when i phoned these people to cancel my policy they said no i cant cancel it by phoning off the phone i must send a email to the cancellation stating why i want to cancel my policy which i did. so the response i got from them is i must pay a settlement fee of 699 which i think its bullshit .cause this tracker was forced onto me so i dont feel or should i say i wont pay these people a cent cause no one can pay for something they dont want and has no need i went to my dealership today and asked them to phone them cause i cant get a hold of these people ,they phoned tracker but the people said no they in a meeting they will phone and contact me which they didn\t i owe them nothing so they must stop harrassing me and they must come take they fucken tracker out my fucken vechile"
