*****ulant activity on my account- money being taken off as i speak Called call centre called ***** line called call centre again got put on hold for ***** line called my private banker emailed my private banker husband went to the bank branch for me STILL NO SIGN OF ANYONE HELPING ME WITH *****!!! I HAVE WAITED 3 HRS ON CALLS TO GET HOLD OF ANYONE I have no money left in my account and no1 can help me
I booked as a bday gift for my sister and husband and i called the hotel prior to arrange something in room for the birthday and they confirmed on system it was arranged. After the stay my sister informed me that nothing was done. I called today as i want to book a stay for my moms 60th 4 rooms and i just wanted to make sure that before i book it wont be the same. I got transferred from reception to reservations back to reception only to be told a duty manager will call me. No one called me. The taj has a certain level of expectations especially the brand in India and we expect much more professional treatment. Very disappointed esp for the price you pay.
I placed an order on the app from the Gardens store in CPT that is 3km away from where i am. The order said 45 min for deleivery. I CALLED call centre as my app wasnt updating to find out where is my order. They got driver to call me who was so rude said that his busy and he has other orders and he will be 10min still. 10 min later i called him he shouted at me said" I TOLD YOU I WILL BE 10 MIN) i explained to him 10min is up and when i asked where he is he ws just shouting and i put down the phone. 1 hr for a simple strips and rice and such bad attitude and rudeness! I WILL NEVER ORDER AGAIN
Really bad service- I sat 28 minutes on a call with someone that made me wait- eventually she just put off the phone and dint have the decency to even call me back. Im trying to sort out a contract and upgrade and cancel something and with vodacom it always takes you 20 years to get something sorted. I feel like really going to another network!
I bought a voucher on WIKI deals at 9:40am it says you should get a coupon within an hour its 2 hrs now and nothing. i emailed the customer care and called a million times to get my call regected. I need the coupon to secure my booking for tomorrow- how can i follow up when non of the customer care platforms are accessible!!!
Pathetic service. Got my pizza which was a medium 1 hr 5min and I live less than a kilometer. Called the call centre 6 times no help on how far my older is. Paid for a 1l coke and no drink came. We have finish eaten and no sign of the drink. Who wants a drink when ur food is up. I will never order from them again!!!!
Pathetic service from them....i tried for 4 hours to get through to Canal walk and somerset mall branches. eventually got through to canal walk to ask them to find a sandal in my size, they made me wait for 20min online and girl was so rude when she said they dont have. system shows somerset mall has it but trying to get through and no one answers. What is wrong with truworths????????? when I am one day late on a 100rand installment because i was traveling overseas they can call you a million times. But this is the service you get?
I ordered 2 pizzas on the App and after 45min i kept calling the resturant and for 30min almost they assured me that the driver will be there. we waited outside and no one came. the people of the branch kept on telling me the driver will be there in soon. The service is the worse ever!!!
I purchased a fryer from them after a month it broke. I called for it to be returned return was supposed to be on 30 Sep its the 10th Oct nothing. every time we get SMS that they going to collect they dont come. I have made many calls to them for the matter to get escalated and evreytime we get promised they will come that day. we have wasted time and money sitting on the phone with takalot to get the same response every time and nothing gets done...If you say you going to escalate i expect that to happen. we have been out of business for so many days as we waiting for the fryer to be collected and replaced. Is takealot going to put food on my table due to my loss of business!!! I will never purchase from them again!!!
I had the worst experience at simply Asia this weekend Firstly i was told my order would take 20 min...30 min later there was no sympathy from manager he carried on what he was doing when i asked him about my food. Secondly...half my 514 box was filled with onions...it was terrible thirdly i added additional mushroom and paid 7 rand only to get two tiny pieces of mushroom. I took pictures of all the above because i was so disgusted its so expensive and my hubby and i wanted to enjoy it...to get a box full of onions...wasted our time and money
