Of The 12 Furniture Removal/Storage Companies I Communicated with & requested Quotations from for the Removal & Drop Off of my daughter's Furniture From Ballito to Midrand... Durban Discount Furniture Removers Most Certainly Out quoted the numerous other companies + we were Gobsmacked by their Sterling, absolutely Professional Service! They have the most Friendly, Down To Earth Staff... B****hka (The Lovely Administration Lady who handled my account was simply phenomenal.. She Communicated with me timeously, efficiently & was most polite & friendly). She even adjusted the quote when i told her i had removed a few small items. Even though i had cling & bubble wrapped majority of my daughter's items /boxes... The staff Ensured that Every Single item was thoroughly inspected and rewrappped if extra care was required. Their pricing is by far THE MOST AFFORDABLE (considering the amount of Furniture i sent across.. Literally to furnish a two bedroom home). The owner is one absolutely humble man of great wisdom... Apart from doing what he came to do, he spoke to me as though i was his daughter, shared some of his life experiences & gave such blessed advice 🙏 They were in Constant Communication with both myself and my Daughter, keeping us in the loop of departure, in transit & eta of delivery times Now this calibre of Service is a RARITY and most Certainly deserves a 10 Star Rating! Thankyou To this Amazing Company, Thankyou for Not Ripping People Off (like so many others do on a daily basis), Thankyou For Being Humble, Professional and Kind People 🙏 I HIGHLY Recommend This Company To Everyone 🙌
It's been Almost a Week since Corelink installed their Router in my Private Residence & I am beyond the point of Being Disgusted at their "Network & Service"... Three Routers later (all changed on the same day) I Waa told by their technician that these were ALL faulty routers hence me being unable to log in or receive visibility on other devices or the pass key wasn't valid anymore... The Excuses Just Kept Flowing without any Resolve. I have been messaging 3x Key role players who are in charge of The Shakaskraal Region in KZN.. the ONLY person who has assisted me with an Educated Mindset is ZAMA (I was told she is head of Tech Support)... So after much Issues, Endless Whatsapp Messages & Frustration, my Router was sorted out yesterday morning (30/01/2023),we received a few hours of connectivity BUT Then Were Kicked Off The Network Once Again! I mean GET REAL GUYS! What type of Fly By Night Company is This? Why are They Being ALLOWED to be linked to Big Names like Metro Fibre? They are giving you a Bad Name PLUS Wasting the Publics Time and Money (let alone our SANITY)... I have had to literally meditate in order to calm myself down.. I moved over from The Rain Network (which was bad but gosh Corelink takes every Dubious award there possibly could be).
Absolutely Useless...a waste of hard earned money..forever offline...forever issues with the towers....pathetic indeed ...they exhaust you with all of their empty promises. I can't even listen to music via sound cloud without being interrupted...forever Buffering.
I went in to the Telkom Ballito Junction branch almost 2months ago & asked the assistant to cancel my Adsl line...He said that The System would not Allow him to cancel the adsl without cancelling the land line , so he assured me that A Telkom Call centre agent would Call me within 2 weeks to confirm the cancellation & it is then that I Must Instruct the agent that I want to retain my landline ...well it's been just over 1.5months & yesterday 11/08/2020 both my lines were canceled WITHOUT any call from their agents.... I am so upset right now... I've had my landline service for just over 25years and now such INCOMPETENCY !!! I rushed to the Ballito Junction store in the hope of my line being restored... NO JOY ! .... The manager (Atish) tried his best to assist me but this is something he could not do from store level .... I was assured that my line would be restored and that an agent would give me a call asap ... NOTHING... This is what you get when Incompetent individuals are hired to do a job ... No Customer Service No Policies & Procedures being followed They charge you an arm and a leg for their useless service delivery This Company is Useless
<p>Over the Past Year , M & Federal have increase my premiums thrice ! </p> <p>Upon calling them on numerous occasions I was Given all sorts of silly excuses and reasons for the hikes... eg : " mam ,in the event of you being involved in an accident , we ( the company) will have to outsource parts from abroad to repair your car & that is an expensive exercise " .... </p> <p>who does this guy think he is speaking to ? does he not know that Toyota Yaris Parts are very easilly acquired here in SA ? </p> <p>He also mentioned that the depriciated value of my car does not make any noteable difference to the premiums ...... But Everyone else i speak to tells me otherwise ....</p> <p>I am a single mum with two dependants and three pets .</p> <p>My husband has passed on 11years ago and i have been caring for my family .</p> <p>From paying R560 to now R930 is just too much of an increase for me .... they still fail to give me solid reasons why the premium hike . </p> <p>Last months premium they Deducted from Someone elses account because I noticed that the premium was not deducted from my account ( the old premium amount) ,so I emailed My Agent and furnished her with my 3month bank statement to verify that M & F did not deduct the premium Upon which They Called M & F and investigated and was told that the premium was taken from another " wesbank account" ..... </p> <p>I have now asked My agent to notify M & F that i am not in the position to pay the R930 and if they are not prepared to keep to my OLD Premium then I will cancel the Ppolicy and have to regretfully look elsewhere :( </p> <p>Please Help</p>
<p>I am a loyal client with Mutual & Federal over the past years and I must admit they Have been an excellent company up until The Beginning of 2015.</p> <p>They have Increased My Premiums THRICE in the space of 1 YEAR ( i have Comprehensive Household, structural & car insurance with them) ... SHOCKING INDEED</p> <p>Upon Me speaking to their Consultants each time i call them , I am given a long list of " heresay excuses/reasons for the premium hikes" eg: " mam if you are in an accident, we will have to outsource parts for your car from over sea's " </p> <p> </p> <p>when I asked " what about the depreciation value of my car?"
