I logged a *****ulent transaction on 2 December 2025 on the very same day the transaction happened. On my account it said “pending” and one would think FNB would simply block the transaction but no, I was told they now have to investigate where the money went despite me giving them ALL the details they requested but STILL they are investigating!!!! This happened on a virtual card which I was told for EVERY transaction you get a new CVV number. Now FNB says one a vendor has your card information the CVV remains active for 30 days. ***!!! How are clients protected?? I’ve been a client of them for 35 YEARS!!! Now I have a good mind to close ALL my accounts with them and go to NEDBANK because I will probably NEVER get back ove R25000!!!
A person can never get hold of them . They send you links for payment of duties and taxes but the links don’t work!!!!! Either get things working properly or close down. Simple. I dare them to call me which will probably NEVER happen. Order # 3771049658091
Worst service you can think of!!!! I placed and order on 2 November and today 1 December I still have now router or connection despite phoning numerous times. Every time I call the consultant will “speak to the warehouse” but NOTHING EVER HAPPENS!!!!
Had membership with place for 5 years cancelled last year July They still took off 3 month’s membership fee Now they handed me over for membership fee that they have accumulated over the months Not first person in family that thus has happened to
I’m sure they got their support staff from a lucky packet. I’M PAYING FOR A SERVICE BUT DON’T GET PROPER SUPPORT FOR THIS “SERVICE “!!!! For two weeks I’ve been trying to get my email sorted out, with no luck at all!!! “Support” clowns change settings that don’t work and EVERY month we have to change passwords and the incompetence starts again!!! Why are they in business if they can’t offer support for the product you’re PAYING for???!!! Then the co owner Wayne redelinghuys has the the audacity to tell his staff not to give me support!!!!

Us3IIess *******!!! They are quick to take your money but when the supply the incorrect spares the have a million stories. DON’T BUY FROM THEM, YOU WILL LOSE YOUR MONEY!!
Absolutely zero interest from this company. I’ve emailed their product manager and ceo to try find out why NONE of their so-called preferred suppliers is willing to assist in buying their products. They might as well close shop.
7 weeks and numerous phone calls to get one sticker to me. I’ve spoken to their “customer service” department at least 5 times after I was informed my sticker is in the country. Every time I’m told that someone will phone me back!!! YEAH RIGHT!!!! Stop trying to be a successful company as service like this spreads very quickly on social media.
