Completely appauled with Vodacom I have 5 contracts with them. Am a pensioner and called in advance to get 2 of the authorized for international use was assured it was all sorted now my child is 6000 miles away and Vodcom has said it's not possible after the fact. 50 gigs per month useless
This company is pathetic. They dont answer emails, barely respond to whatsapp's l. When they do respond the fail to provide timely feedback can't even provide prices or spares based o. Pictures for the spares, spares numbers, make and model and serial number of the washing machines. Steer clear. You spend your life chasing then and asnweringbthe same questions over and over because they couldn't be bothered to read correspondence first.
Stale and inedible products still on the shelves, well after the best-before date. Reported the product to the company, offered a solution, accepted the same and never received what was promised. Still waiting, 3 weeks later, and the company no longer responds to email. Disappointed.
I have had a service with Link Africa for over 31 months and when it comes to them honouring a renewal contract, they have been unprofessional and lacklustre. Numerous emails and requests for assistance and a resolution have fallen on deaf ears. I am now fed up and no longer prepared to beg for service. Another big company that is only concerned about their bottom line and not prepared to service the small companies fairly. Good ridddens.
This company only cares about its bottom line. It promises the world and falls way short of delivery. Its employees misinform clients and then refuses to accept their wrongdoing which negatively impacts its clients. They make no effort to acknowledge their mistakes or make any effort to recify them, all in the name of lost revenue. If you are a small business, I would steer clear of this company, they do not care about the SME or the entrepreneur. You will spend months trying to get asssiatcne, advise and a direct anwer - not waste yor breath. The onlytink they are good at is passing the buck.
Vodacom does not care for its elderly clients. Its Vodapy app does not update even on a new cell. When seeking help from their agents they just sprout ridiculous generic answers. I have 5 accounts with VOdaom and have been a loyal customer for decades. I am now in my 80s and am just a nube to Vodacom. All they do is take. Now they have instituted an annual increase and added to their consumers' woes. They can not even give us decent service in our area. There is only one tower and it is down more than up especially during load shedding. I will definitely start moving my 5 contracts to another provider starting June and Oct when they finish. I am sick and tired of being taken advantage of. I also was going to move the Business fibre contract to them now from another provider but they can forget about that business.Good riddance Vodacom.
Purchased a bulk packet of BIC pens 20 plus form Makro- all but 2 broke the plastic at the nib is defective and of poor quality - it all breaks and renders the pen useless as you can not access the link to put it into another pen VERY disappointing. I raised this concern on the 28th of April and to date have not had a response from BIC - very disappointed that a company with supposedly a well-established good quality brand name disregards their client's issues and does not even bother to address the matter. So much for brand loyalty looks like I need to find a new stationery supplier. Unacceptable.
I have emailed Hitachi for months looking for assistance with 2 power tools I have from them. Looking to purchase spares. ALL of my requested for help have gone unanswered.
HostAfrica ARE AMAZING! They always go the extra mile. NOTHING is too much for them. They are professional and friendly and knowledgeable. They always answer quickly and give great directions and help. I would recommend Host Africa to everyone. I only know the basics in this field and they make it possible for even a beginner to run their own site well. Thank you guys. Keep up the great work THANK YOU Tinashe K. / Amandeep S./ Zolani M /Zaheer W. and ALL of the other consultants that have been so INCREDIBLE
I have 5 contracts with Vodacom. I pat all most R1900 per month. I am a pensioner. My daugther uses the one contract and has bee overseas so she only uses this sim on the day she lies out or home. Then switches to her UK sim. He unused airtime is supposed to roll over. I queried why there was no roll over for 4 months. I was told the airtime had been used. I know for a fact in at least 2 of those months the sim had not even been in a device to use the airtime. When i requested proof on how it had supposedly be used I was told I needed to pay R17 per statement to get proof. I am shocked and appalled that this is happening. These cell companies already take advantage with their rates now they don't even uphold there policy of airtime roll over of unused airtime on contract. I feel like they are taking advantage of the aged and those that are not technologically savy. Some airtime was used to purchase 1 gig in one month to avoid losing it, but this definitely not the case for all 4 months. This unused airtime should be credited, otherwise I have paid for airtime that was never used? Surely I am entitled to have Vodacom explain how it was used if I did not use it and not have to pay more for the privilege. Very disappointed
