Have logged a complaint 4 weeks ago. Phoned them just so they can say they have not recieved my claim. They told me that the bike shop should phone them for questions but when they phoned then no one answered. So called Mr Beulen spoke to us but when he is called he is not available.
This is a **** and can't believe sketcher allow this and don't investigate it. After i order your order just on yhe tracking that something went wrong,then after they track it you received a pair of sunglasses which now they wont refund and there's no phone no to call just email. Best is to buy in store.
This has to be the worst costumer care i have ever encountered. They just mark you ticket complaint as resolved if you phone them they just don't answer. Please if you're thinking of car service plan rather pay more but at least you will be getting better service and it won't be a struggle every time your need service from them. Very very very disappointed they don't even deserve a one star. They also take forever to give clearance for dealer to go ahead and start with service
Had an claim registered at momentum for my fridge that broke. Let me also say we are in an area were we struggle with electricity on and off then you gave loadsheding also. So my fridge stop working when momentum collected the fridge only to come back to me saying the fridge as already been fixed at some point. So let say i bought the fridge and it broke with in the warranty period and they fixed it. So after phew years it broke so i decided to claim as i hardly claim. Momentum does not want to fix the fridge on basis thats it was already worked on. What the hell does it matter for i pay them every month a lot for insurance so it looks like if you go to momentum make sure you buy new appliances or have appliances that's not been worked on.
Very disappointed in the way my claim has been handle. Always looking for excuses not to pay out the full claim. Should have stayed with satam.
After there feed back and telling that my problem would be forwarded to relawant person to contact me still can't get hold of the person that's assigned to my case and thia is going on for more than a month now. Customer care is dreadful. Try to phone and email the person Mr. H Wiese but nothing no response what so ever.
Have vehicle that was bought through mfc,but vehicle has been in for repairs since march and it seems vehicle can't be fixed so needed assistance from mfc to cancel the deal. They gave me the number and email of a guy called Hennie Wiese more than a month ago, phone number doesn't work and he also don't respond on my emails. When i phone mfc they said that he is working there but has no alternative number and that email is correct one. So still struggling with them.
I have not seen such poor service from car dealer. My nissan navara that i bought new had problem with the diff,they said that they're going to replace it but even second diff was faulty. The problem was reported in feb 2020 so my bakkie went in for repairs march 2020 and still to this present time my bakkie is not fixed,they said that there was new parts to arrive at 12 august eta,still no parts have arrived its been six months. There were my bakkie is held, I don't know if its been look after or is it standing in the sun the hole day maybe rats have started eating at electrical wires. The after sales is absolutely dreadful.
