Constant incorrect information

Ive been trying to resolve this for years, while paying monthly instalments. Constant incorrect information being received, resulting in my inability to finalise this matter. Emails sent go unanswered. Earlier communications with complaints department remain unresolved. Please assist, as I constantly receive phone calls which are frequently not spoken by the company, but hung up. Today another one threatening legal action, while there is an arrangement in place.

This company only responds when HelloPeter intervenes. Ive sent a query to Vanessa Appelgreen, a supervisor, and no response. A commitment to pay was requested telephonically, but no requested email confirmation of detail was sent. This detail was only received after posting on Hellopeter, late in the month. long after my monthly planning. I agreed to pay the confirmed amount by end September 2025, but am now, as before, constantly harassed with phone calls, as early as after 7 in the morning. REALLY BAD BEHAVIOUR.

EXCESSIVE CHARGINGON BOND, TERRIBLE SERVICING

Terrible ongoing service. The repo rate was reduced recently, and yet my instalment was inexplicably increased. After eventually, after a week of attempting, speaking to someone appropriate, a technical error was cited. Acceptable. BUT then I receive a ludicrous email "explanation" from a manager, Merilyn Peters, which did not respond to the actual question at all? The question is: How does a reduction in the repo rate lead to an instalment increase? And the incorrect higher instalment goes off my account, I then receive an sms regarding my now overdrawn account, CAUSED BY THIS EXTRA DEDUCTION. I now receive another call, attempting to verify that I HAD received a response (and reiterating the appropriateness of the adjustment, accepted by all clients?), and refusing to escalate the matter, or furnish a name!!!
