Tandem, Wolf trimmer
Tandem electric trimmer lasted 9 mths, small garden. Motor packed up. 6 mth limited warranty. Bought Wolf from Game and electronics packed up, returned, fixed and broke down 4mths later. Contacted Wolf Germany and they said Tandem Lawn Industries makes the Wolf in SA.......... the only thing that's German is the name. Opened up and discovered Wolf is Tandem with different name. Dont touch, not even at a special... they wont last, as I say small garden. Peter

Taroma vacuum cleaner
Taroma vacuum cleaner did,t charge. Contacted them and Kathy said they'l send a courier. Not much later our Mobi was fixed and delivered free of charge. 5/5 service, Thanks. Peter

Enquired per email and repeated 3x. They dont have people that are able to reply - just get a computer default 'will contact you in 48hrs". 3 weeks now - still waiting - gave up - rest the matter and spread the word.

Mweb dirty trick
Get an email from [email protected] ... "Hi Peter. Mweb and Vodacom Fibre now live in YOUR area!" followed by "Fibre has landed right on YOUR doodrstep". I check on online orders and they say .... not in your area. Why are they lying to get your attention! Disgusting. I dont want a sorry default from them. Harm done.

Incompetendt staff do not read ..... emails. I gave up and dont want them to follow up with a stupid computer default answer.

ADSL line
Warning to public considering Telkom line. Applied 23 Sept 2017 and followed up 30-40 times - still waiting. Call center answering time on record from 12 to 25minutes. Yes, we are in Africa.
