IF YOU WANT YOUR CAR TO COME BACK WORST THAN WHEN IT WENT IN FOR A SERVICE THEN TAKE IT TO THE GLEN MERCEDES BENZ - CARGO MOTORS. THEIR SERVICE IS THE WORST. THEY NEVER RESPOND TO EMAILS AND THEY ARE JUST OVERALL PATHETIC. SENT AN EMAIL ON THE 20TH OF JANUARY TO THEIR SERVICE MANAGER, NO RESPONSE
THE GLEN MERCEDES BENZ DEALERSHIP - WORST IN SOUTH ARICA NEVER, EVER, EVER SERVICE YOUR VEHICLE AT THIS DEALERSHIP. IN FACT STAY AWAY FROM MOTUS GROUP. THEY ARE THE WORST IN SOUTH AFRICA. STILL AFTER NUMEROUS POSTS TO WHICH THE USLESS RCS DOES REPOND TO, AN ACCOUNT THAT HAS BEEN PAID UP STILL SHOWS AS OPEN ON MY CREDIT PROFILE. I HATE AND DETEST THIS COMPANY AND STILL DO NOT KNOW HOW I CAN GET AWAY FROM THEM. THEY RESPOND TO THESE POSTS AND NOTHING GETS DONE. HAVE SENT THEM NUMEROUS EMAILS, AND CALLS. BUCH OF RUBBISH
After numerous attempts it is impossible to get RCS to update my account across the credit bureau to closed. It still shows a balance of R58.00 and open. I have tried numerous times over and over again without any success. Please RCS I wish to have nothing to do with your pathetic company. Why won't you update the account status to closed. You are a nasty bunch of good for nothings
THIS COMPANY REFUSES TO SEND ME A STATEMENT ON MY TELKOM ACCOUNT. IN ADDITION THEY HAVE CHARGED ME IN EXCESS OF R5000 IN INTEREST SINCE THE MARCH THIS YEAR. THEIR CALL CENTER STAFF ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNHELPFUL. THEY ACCUSED ME OF RAISING MY VOICE. THEY JUS DEBT COLLECTORS YET THEY FEEL AS THOUGH THEY gods
RCS IS NOW COMMITTING FRAUD. THEY HAVE AN ACCOUNT LISTED ON MY CREDIT PROFILE WHICH IS NOT MY ACCOUNT. I HAVE TRIED SERVERAL TIMES TO GET THIS REMOVED FROM ALL CREDIT BUREAUS BUT RCS HAS NOT ACTIONED THIS. THEY ARE THE WORST AND MOST USELESS COMPANY TO EVER DEAL WITH. I HAVE LAID A CHARGE OF FRAUD AGAINST THEIR CEO REGON ADAMS AND AWAIT THE CASE NUMBER Account No : 7000100100067484865 Current Balance : R 7 372 Account Status : Active

THEY HAVE TWO ACCOUNTS OPENDED FOR ONE STORE CARD. WHEN I CALLED IN THEY WANT ME TO SEND THEM A CREDIT REPORT FOR EACH AND EVERY BUREAU TO GET THIS REMOVED. SHAME ON YOU. WHY CAN YOU NOT UPDATE THE CREDIT BUREAU AS PART OF THE ACCOUNT CLOSURE PROCESS. THIS IS DIPICABLE AND SAD. YOU ARE A WASTE OF TIME AND ENEGY. I FEEL SORRY FOR EDGARS THEY SHOULD RATHER HAVE CLOSED DOWN INSTEAD OF GOING INTO BUSINESS WITH YOU BUNCH OF IDIOTS
I have tried 100's of times to get hold of them via email and telephone calls but to no avail. No one responds to disputes raised and no one answers the telephone. I have logged a dispute now with the credit ombudsman and await their response. Experian South Africa should be shut down and financial institutions should stop using their services. They are the worst credit bureau in South Africa
I KEEP RECEIVING CALLS FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO REMOVE MY DETAILS BUT THEY HAVE FAILED TO. AS PER POPIA PLEASE DELETE ALL MY DETAILS FROM YOUR SYSTEM AND SEND ME PROOF THAT THIS HAS BEEN DONE
