The last shopping center to ever go to is Festival mall
The management are patriotic there are no signs on how much parking is, the shops are so full, that were ever you go is a que, there is no social distancing going on in that mall, we bought food and ate it in the car when we come to get out our parking ticket wont let us out i had already paid R7 for just over a hour, i go back to the pay more, another R7 which is a total rip off, i told the management on Facebook about how unhappy i was i got told that i must not complain there parking prices are much cheaper than other shopping centers well im sorry R14.00 for just over a hour what rip off i rather go to another shopping center that has way better shops than they have and less people, most of the people come from the taxis outside. Oh and they still have the check to tell me hope to see me soon. Really never again ill rather go to other shops though we went there coz we went to the licencing department but that's a rip off you trying to tell me its R7 per hour being there, and i was there just over a hour. I hope people think twice about going there to that rip off.

My car was used for spare parts was yours? Or you dont know yet!
Hi just wanted to let you know that Randow has now been requesting my car to come back to there workshop, i have told them to talk to my insurance company, so this can be arranged and since Dec to now that has not happened but it appears that the management staff of Randow has no clue what there workshop manger is doing down stares, the same man you have in charge of the courtesy cars, now does this man not have a budget or something to fix these cars that he desided to use my Getz as spare parts for your courtesy cars im am not impressed, great he helped himself to my car seats thought he would get away with it has even gone as far as photo shopping the dates on photos because he can't produce the photos of my car seats when they went in because it will be like proving what he did, that little man tryed to tell me my seats were never taken out my car, really coz with bring your car in to have the seats repaired sorta means he is admitting to taking my seats not only has he made me sick for over a yr that man thinks im stupid i gave that man every opportunity to tell me oops wrong seats but now after a yr now you are prepared to fix them thats nice who is paying for the medication i and my kids have had to live on i trust this should come personally out his pay check so he can feel what its like to have less my coz he *****ed up, i would also like to bring to your attention now that im driving my car again as schools went back this. To discover now that my car ive had for 9 yrs is now suddenly using oil really come on did this man really empty out my car other than the back seat what else did this sweet man help him self to so your getz courtesy cars look nice and are running nice, im sorry this now makes me question what of my cars engine is actually my card i had no clue when I said to him i wanted to get the Other side sprayed and i can give it to my draught he turned around to me and told me my car is stuffed, really it is now thanks to him im wondering if my cam belt is actually my cars cam belt that was replaced at 100 000 seeing my car is only standing on 137 000 now is this cam belt im my car going to snap and that's also going to be my problem you see my cars service book is not in my car but my car is serviced regularly and I've had this car for so long I've looked after my car to find you guys dont Only have the cheek to not paint my car the right shade and your workshop manger told me that it has pearl in the paint well that's funny coz Hyundai Alberton says no and that paint is not difficult to match but you guys could not get that right. You steal my car seats, what did they do behind my radio panel? My car was brought in there for you to fix the right side what right did you have helping yourselves out my car to fix your courtesy cars, this is disgusting my power steering belt is squeaking is this even my belt or did you help your self to that to yes i know they even helped themself to my spare wheel that one in my boot is not mine you really think i dont know about cars i used to help my dad, so sorry to burst your bubble i might be a woman but I know what is going on in my car does the fact that my car has 17" mags not tell you that i love my car oh gee thanks for leaving them on coz that's about all that you did not help your self to. That and my back seat oh and my steering wheel thanks now can i have the rest of my car back you have have all your cracked broken pieces back and i would like my engine back to the one that was in there not this one that you think i should have that is stuffed as your workshop manger said sorry this is way over *****ed up how can you have a work shop manger that is doing this to your customers cars, the only reason you get good comments coz lucky that person you dont have a courtesy car like there car that or they have not yet realised that there parts were switched out its taken me a while oh by the by my oil light is not even working it a good thing i checked to see why it was making a funny noise lol just about no oil it below empty but its like every thing that work shop does bit done properly, coz when that engine blows its going to be my problem not the fact that your work shop manger helped himself to my cars parts hey you get all my getz's nice new parts and i get all your stuffed ones plus you charged my insurance R16 000.00 to fix my car and you have the cheek to steal my cars parts sorry for him i know my car has not been driven the living **** out for it to smoke like i see it is doing i never noticed before coz i was always driving now that my daughter is driving i get to watch my car drive and funny thing is my car never used oil before its amazing what happens standing in your work shop for a month did to my Getzi this is really not even funny your work shop looks nice the ladies are all friendly even the people who do quotes then you get your car back i mean even the Sms were nice lol but i did not get one to tell me when my car went to get stripped so one of your getzs can look all nice, there is no way on planet earth im bring what's left of my car back there for your workshop manger to help himself to more stuff he really thought i would not notice a hole in my drivers seat that was not there before i bet he does not even that thanks to him I've been sick. He got nice thing seats that had 126000 and gives me ****ed seats that the investigator said has easy 200 000 on that's cars clock and they were fat from the wear on the seats but i guess you get these getz's by fixing them and there owners say no and give you the papers then your workshop manger uses these cars that he ripped the people as coutsey cars then we just use parts of customers cars and they wont know really ive heard what happens there i wish I knew then what I know now what goes on there

Rain just debits your account even though you cancel
Well when I got the Rain sim card it was all good paid the R479.00 i think it was got verified this was done the 10 of January 2021 we bought it because our ADSL box was stolen and Telkom needed to fit a new one, so we got Rain so we could have internet. My daughter cancelled before the 10 of February 2021 they deduct R345.00 from her bank accounts when i email them back to ask if they charged me that they send me the account again which does not explain to me why they charged me when it was canceled it was pointless because to use i had to go sit near a tower to get signal. There is no signal at home to even watch Netflix

Insurance companies do what they need to, to save them selves money they don't care about the customer
I am very sad to say that Insurance companies look for a way out of any problem, I sent my car to Randow Panel Beaters one of there dealers, I complained that the seats are not my seats my driver's seat was not torn and I ripped out my seat linings, a few yrs ago, i get my car back with these very worn seats and this tear, i get the first consult very helpful, she went out her way to help me, they then send me photos of them working on my car, that was December I got my car back in mid Nov, 2nd week of getting my car back im allergic to smoke and my sinus swell up so i had a swollen face, now since then I've had sinus the insurance company does not care it not them, then i was told in Dec they were going to send an investigator to look at my car, well he appared the begining of February he took one look at the seats and told me that these seats don't belong to the this car with this mileage this is there own investigator he took photos, and noticed how there are marks on the bolts on the front seats but not on.the back seat, i have taken out my seats out to wash them but ive taken all the seats out even the carpet coz when you have little children you have to clean the car every so often, now I'm being told I made the bolt marks but if that was true why does the back seat not have marks on the too, they have totally ignored whet there investigator has said, he told my body size could not have done the damage to the seats that there is and nor could I have made the tear, little did I know how much new seats cost now I get why Randow thought that they could steal my seats and get away with it, I get told because I don't have photos to prove what my car seats looked like they have to go on the photos the panel beater took you can clearly see that the date stamp has been altered then the question arsises are those actually of my car coz if they can steal seats they can cover there tracks they have plenty car photos who's to say its even my car and why now can they produce photos of my cars seats but could not do so the day I went to see the manager or why in Dec those photos did not come out, no body is allowed to smoke in my car coz they know im allergic to smoke something the panel beater did not know, now im stuck getting sick because of this, why was I not told to take photos of my.car before I take it to the panel beater how was I supposed to know they would do this I thought they were a good panel beater, and they would be able to do a good job of my car especially matching the paint shades that they never even got right, they did something behind my radio panel that is also being over looked my question is what were they doing in my car they were trusted to fix the right side of my.that the coke truck hit. What business did they have in my car and my insurance company is over looking that I asked the new consultant if he has photos of his car seats?.am I abnormal that I don't, I have photos of our side my car and my mags why would anybody take photos of the seats I found selfies my kids have taken but they sitting on the seat. Thats as much as I have, and get told sorry they the same seats when you can clearly see that they are not the same seats but saying other wise will cost money so I'm just get to be sick in my car even my.Yorkie is getting sick but thats not a problem im sick my 2 kids are sick too but hey we can save money forget how much I now have to spend because of what your dealer did to my car, you dont even take the time took at the other complaints about your dealer in hellopeter or Google maps. To see what your dealer is doing. This case is not the only one, I wish I knew then what I know now about them..

Nedflix good customer service
The customer service I received from them was amazing I tried to log in to my Account and it told me the credentials were wrong, so I phoned the customer care line had this very helpful Lady who told me not to worry it seems like my account was hacked that's why I could not get into it she asked me some security questions to make sure that I was who I said I am and yes somebody hacked it and changed my password and email address, so we changed the email address, and kicked them out my account with in 30 mins I was back into my account was a bit mad coz the sweet souls had deleted all my stuff and redid my account with there names and was so sweet to change the billing info to the most expensive package. Which I thought was sweet of them, but was all sorted out with no stress. Thank you Nedflix

Afrihost the best internet solutions company
If anybody is looking for a good company to deal with for your internet solutions Afrihost is the company that I recommend I have been using them for several years now and when I have a questions there is always somebody there to help me with what ever my question maybe I was existed when I heard we were getting fiber in our area but sadly they are Vodacom fiber cables so I could not change to fiber im stil stuck in adsl coz of the fact I won't be able to use afrihost then. They even send me emails telling me what threats are around the internet

Dont ever go near Randow Panel beaters
A coke truck hit my car in Sept 2019 so my insurance said get a quote so i did that, my car got approved to go to Randow Panel beaters though the amount, they quoted me, was not the same as what my insurance company Alexander Forbes was prepared to pay, so off my little Getz when there on the 16 Oct 2019, got my car back on the 18 Nov 2019 they had my car for over a month, there workmanship is discusting, not to mention the spary job, they did not match the colour of my car its a few shades out, but the workshop manager told me that's because there is pearl in the paint so it changes in different light, bull**** were in your life does Hyundai use pearl in there paint really i went to Hyundai and asked them and they said no there is a shine in the paint but thats all, another lie, I went there 2 days after I got my car back to go complain 1 about the paint being the wrong colour 2. My windscreen wipers were not on correctly so it looked the wrong wipers for my car, 3. My back window opened and would not close. 4. The driver's seat was not my driver's seat, it had a tear in that mine did not have and the passager seat was full of lumps, I got badically told im mad, and the work shop manager showed me all these photos of my car being worked on but none of my seats, when my car went in, a bit strange, my mom wrote to the insurance after 2 weeks because by now i had driven my car, the first week i sat watching my son play soccer, but I also fetched my daughter and she got into and said who has been smoking in the car then I noticed that suddenly the back of the seats the pockets linings that I pulled out are suddenly back so then I knew these were not my seats in conversation the workshop manager told they have 5 getz's im not sure how many of themare my getz's s model though or what colour they are, now its 4 months later my insurance company Alexander Forbes says there is nothing they can do unless I can prove what my car seats looked like, yes because I have photo's of them because I thought that the pannel beater would steal my car seats, really you don't expect the panel beater to do something so low to steal your seats and tell you, you are mad, another thing they took out my radio panel coz that is also not put back properly, what did they do there, no body seems to be able to answer me, its just a total mess the insurance company told me that i must go lay a charge of theift against them, and our saps have done nothing, so now im sick because im allergic to smoke but while i was at the police station the police officer asked me what the value of the seats are I had no clue so he put in a value and told me to get a quote coz ill need it for the investigating officer so I phoned to get a quote these seats cost R47 500.00 then I sorta understood they stole my seats so there coutsey car can look nice they don't care that I now sick my kids are sick and now my Yorkie is getting sick from these seats..but I guess they cant admit to taking them how will that look? They were prepared to get the seats washed but that is not going to take out the smoke smell, from what I thought was a good panel beater, to the worst one ive been speaking to people and there is not one person I've spoken to that has anything good to say I wish I knew then what i know now, it seems like they used my car as parts for there cars, and the insurance company does nothing to proctect there customers against these thrives. Who knows if the photos that have now come out as my car seats are even my car, let alone the date stamp looks altered, compared to the other photos they have produced im wondering how many people actually have photos of there car seats? I find this disgusting that people can steal from people when you trusted them to do a good job on your car they had no business in my car, I got my car back with a dead battery they have no clue how that happened either it looks like they were playing my radio and never switched it off, and then the tracking system ****ed it even more they did not disconnect the battery. After a month of standing. Im so disappointed in there service and workmanship. Please do your self a favour never deal with them there are plenty other panel beaters in Alberton North..

wont stop harrasing me
Ive got MDC that wont stop harassing me for an account that is over 7 yrs old I've told them to stop phoning me and they wont I've told them I'm not paying this account it was R600.00 7 yrs ago in Nov they told me it was R6 000.00 now yesterday they want R13 000.00 from me i have never received a statement just this sms's every 2 weeks
