Yesterday at 16:20 barcode 09540-090108496-180394 which was my Lotto ticket bought from Shoprite in Midrand boulders, look man, firstly I arrived at store wanting to buy my ticket and two ladies at money market were fixing machine, GOD knows what was happening in that store!!! I asked to be assisted and the short lady responded by saying wait there are people who came here 45minutes ago and still waiting, the network is not available, ....... So ur store in Midrand keep people for this long without assisted or calling IT technician, okay!!!! One other lady came to assist and printout my ticket but she took it with her telling me she was going to look for change!!! Aaayi!!! I was worried thinking why someone would take my ticket along only to find out I was told they still need to capture the ticket details!!!!! Why was I not told my ticket was also going to be captured.... I asked for manager *****gwa, she came and explain only to be told I can take my money and buy ticket somewhere, I told her I want another ticket not buying somewhere which was printed..... I think u guys take it light with the behaviour we receive from ur staff members...... The fact to be told I must wait for matchine to be fixed, and someone was already 45min earlier than me, or maybe is it because ur revenue is high so u think u must mistreat people, the fact that I was told only quick pick is available I can't play the numbers of my choice!!!! Such raises some concerns about the store and treatment!!!!! I have also escalated this matter to the CEO via Twitter so the world can see the type of environment we leave in, . pathetic for such a big store!!!!!
I booked for eye test from Specsavers from Boulders Mall in Midrand Johannesburg, I was assisted by an amazing frontlines by the name Nqobile, Guess what? 😅 Not only that, I am glad to tell that I came to collect my spectacles in a three days period which was very same week of eye test, best feeling ever an amazing service🎉🎊 This is an excellent service beyond recognition, I can never thank you guys in a different way, today I will drive with confidence at night💥💯 Thank u Nqobile and the rest of the team! 💥🎊🎉🥳
Good day, Am in Shoprite BaraMall I was trying to pay for someone as I was buying groceries and ask a client if I should pay for them since am using a voucher.... The cashier by the name: Mokhathutshelo Molaudzi.... Ask the lady that Shoprite.... An now we are called in the office..an this witness explaining,,, something that is not on ...and Rahab refused do admit ....saying ungangijwayeli Kabi,,,, I need an apology..... Now they writing..... Now everyone is against.... Me including Isaac just because their Cashier said *ungangijwayeli amasimba*... I want the person who said am committing ***** and I want to speak to the CEO don't bother to call if you're a manager... Shoprite BaraMall managers allowing Cashier's to insult their customers!!!!! Over voucher purchase!!!!!!!!😡😡😡😡😡😡
I paid for my DStv services on 7th July 2022 only to realise I used incorrect number which was 88270228, I contacted DStv Chat same day for assistance and my Chat was responded by Bonolo... guess what the lady firstly told me she was unable to allocate R115.00 which means the payment was no where according to her. What makes me sad is that I ask her to check carefully and she told me to wait "in future make sure to use correct referrence number, if you don't want to wait" am not sure if you guys are telling ur agents to respond to customers in this manner.. The email I got from help@dstv was responded my Thulisile🤦🏽♂️ on case referrence 58419049 ... she says "We contacted you to no avail" firstly why did she tried to contact me which she never did cause I had no miss call, why didn't she check if I was assisted or not cause my query was about allocation and reconnection..please train ur guys My query was only resolved by Jabulani ..this is the man of honour as I appreciate his service and my he teach others, it never even took 20min but everything was sorted.. Give this man a round of applause 👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽👏🏽
I am in CrestaMall Standard Bank branch, I drove all the way to make deposit and Guess What!! ATM cash deposit are not working now we are forced to enter inside the branch be on a que!!!! This Bank is becoming more and more useless!!!! Imagine we must wait 10min!!! Wow!!! Now we going to be charged ATM deposit fee because of their own fault!!!!.. FIX this thing and do not charge us ATM fee... Already late for my meeting Two weeks are go all their ATM aroung Johannesburg were not working!!!!
I work as eHailing driver for inDriver. Yesterday I got a request from a lady by the name of CINDY CODY who claims to be working for Exclusive Books.. this ride was from Tegniek Rd38 (Devland/Soweto) to Mall of South around 14:42 I believe she was in store and came back to say I needed to take her back home cause she forgot her invoices ... We went and pick up invoices and when she came back she requested for a ride to Exlusive Books jn Sandton..she didn't pay yet cause she told me she wiĺl get money when she get to Sandton which I took her.. and around 18:11 I believe she was still in store.. She came back around 18:41 with Books from ur store which made me believe she is working there.. I am writting this letter because she refused to pay for her rides saying her manager promised to give her a warning because she was late,,, I told her it is amazing cause that time of the day most shops are closing.. but she never pay me.. I need u to check if u have an employee by this name and if so can she pay for my rides and next time she must refrain from jeopardizing companies reputation.. If she is not working for u can u check the records possible she might have scammed the shops for her own benefist.. I bought Amasi/inkomazi from Roots BaraMall on 23rd August 2020 only to realise that they have expired. The date is okay but it's a damage product. Today I went to exchange them but I'm told that if I buy a product it's my responsibility to take care of them "aah" how is that possible if they selling expired products.
I just come from Pick 'n pay liquor in Southdale, to buy 6 pack windhoek and 6 pack Brutal fruit. I don't think the management pays attention with their stock, after all Pick 'n pay is a big brand. They were left with 5 cans of Brutal fruit to which they had to charge me one can instead of paying for six pack. Same error/issue occured even on 31 December 2019 all liquor stores were closed accept for them, their windhoek only comes in bottle (dumpy) instead of a can and some people like me likes to have a drink on a can instead of bottle. I spoke to one of their cashier asking for manager but I was told they still busy at the delivery and stock will be replaced. Should I borrow pick 'n pay my stuff and see how things work. I mistakenly paid R5900.00 in to one of my old account that I used to pay. The account is under FNB saved as a beneficiary to my standard bank account, however, I realised that it was incorrect and I then requested for reversal. To my surprised standard bank is telling me that FNB says I did not fill the document correct and yet I can’t lie on the document that account is closed and I need to pay my car immediately!!! I insist I want my money back I cant get hold of anyone from the old company and you telling me stories!!!!
