For the past 4 years i have been trying to get a refund from sars.At this time i gave a letter to sars to de register me as PAYE.They failed to do that which then incurred penalties.Then i received a refund of pension from an ex employer and sars took the whole amount.My tax consultant said that sars cannot refund me as they have no money which i find very hard to believe,I have been shoved from pillar to post for 4 years and still have no result.I have emailed SARS legal Alberton and Ombudsman with no reply Mr Miller 0828011732

Same thing happened to me booked for 1 December 23 and he never arrived Can't get my refund Tried to open case at police but they can't help as it is civil However if we team up police will help and open ******** case #jozi vibes
I bought an AC-Dc adapter to charge my lamp during lockdown on 5 July 2022 The shop is in Edenvale called Evertin U at 47 Van Riebeeck ave Edenvale I called on them today as mt cable stopped working The owner was so unfriendly and not interested to help me in any way Surely a cable lasts longer than 4 months but then again it is made in China Doug Miller 0828011732
This is my 4th complaint about bad service with Vodacom Nobody has bothered to contact me They just dont care about their customers They have blocked my phone I have asked for a payment plan but nobody gets back to me Shocking, shocking,shocking
I have posted two complaints on hello peter and nobody from Vodacom has bothered to contact me They have now blocked my line without warning Absolutely shocking service from a company that i have been with for over 20 years Blocking my line is taking away my constitutional rights How absurd
I renewed my contract in Feb 2020 Then covid came and i went onto pre paid Then in September 2021 they decided to re instate my contract I asked then not too as my tourism business is still closed They were not interested They bill me each month for minutes and data that i dont use I have my own wi fi I have been trying to resolve this for 2 months but to no avail I recently posted this on Hellp Peter but nobody contacted me I have been a loyal client for over 20 years and have spent in excess of R500000 over the years But they cant help me All i want is for the billing to stop and a payment plan to pay back the handset They wont help me and have blocked my phone for out going calls even although i am on pre paid
In Feb 2020 i renewed my cell contract Then Covid came in March 2020 and i asked if i could go to pre paid as my business closed. This was done for me in April 2020 In September 2021 Vodacom decided to re-instate my contract without my approval I have tried for 2 months to rectify this but nothing has been done all empty promises I have spoken to at least 20 customer care consultants over 2 months and not one has helped me I get billed each month but dont use my minutes or data What will it take and my issueto rectify this bad service
I have been trying to get hold of Wesbank for 1 week as they have taken my car away for no valid reason.They do not respond to my emails and calling them is a waste of time.They say they will call me back but do not do so, shocking especially during lock down and now i am stranded.
