Poor Support and Service
Good Day Vox. I have a branch on Bloemfontein, and the internet there is more off during the days than on, i am running a network there that has Vox fibre, i can tell you that your service there is horse dung. We have logged numerous tickets to get this sorted but no one calls me back or tries to help and resolve this. Is this the type of busiess support from Vox? Please get this sorted. Poor network quality
Working from home and getting Random disconnection from network just long enough so i must relogin to my work network, This is horse ****. Fix your network please. latency also very high again and random spikes.

Poor latency and gaming experiance

Vuma Operators disrespectful and Not helping.
Well. i just want too say what *** service. and teh excuses is bad. I have been trying to get fibre into a complex area and the agent just does not want to help. I have spoken to the Body Corps and they are eager to get fibre in as well. Seems like vumatel really does not want to assist in this matter and they give a damn. I would really like to get this rersolved, is there anyone at Vumatel with a bit of brains and customers loyalty that can help us get fibre installed.!!!

5G service poor and i cant manage my iwn ip forwading and port opening.
Hello. Once again, after a few days of glorious times, 5G again is bad. when i switch over to the 4g side, its lower ping and better stablility. Get this fixed. Seems like yoiu are trying to improve the service, but not yet there. So please fix this and i also need assistance in opening some ports and public IP's to my connection. Please get this sorted.....

Poorest internet ISP Service in the Country.
Again 5G is of, no excuse. This is the last ****** straw. Please arange for my account to be cancelled. I am, tired of this nonsense.. Raib went off at around 21 :50 and its running on 4G. I am not paying for 4G service and i am tired of this excuses. Please arrange to come fetch your equipment in the street. i am throughing ut out. Have a nice NIGHT!!!!! And once again! 05:22 AM no internet! This is pathetic service and poor ISP management. Will we ever have a month or a year without ISP failure and some success stories? With Rain it is not likely. Sort out your poor service delivery and unreliable Network.
