How long does it take if you fill out the "How may we assist you?" to open an account with Investec for them to get back to you? Seems you dont want my busniess
I bought a product of Premier Foods FMCG on 25 February. There was an issue with the product and I emailed the customer service. Unless I chase them, they never email me with any form of update or try change the product. They just fob me off, over and over. I will make sure I never buy their products again. All I wanted was an update on what happening, I have told them never to contact me again. Good riddance to bad *******. Shocking Customer Service. They clearly dont have any respect for their customers!
Worst company ever. Don’t buy from them. Their courier company dropped our stove which we only worked out 10 days after delivery and they won’t change it. Disgusting customer service.
Whatever you do NEVER EVER buy anything from Amazon SA. If you try and return the item for a refund they give you a reference number that its has been refunded to your credit card and its just a load of *******. Thieving awful company. JUST DONT BUY FROM THEM.... EVER!!
The process to claim was just shocking. No one in the claims department responds to emails then I get told their system can’t load my bank account and that they can’t put 2 email addresses on their system to send the policy document. Alexander Forbes was far more superior than this company. Don’t use them. We will be looking around for another company to assist us with our insurance. They are just another corporate happy to take a money every month with no service to their customers. I submitted my claim in January. Still waiting for payment!!!!
went to go to Customer Services today to get my Woolworths card replaced as the ribbon is damaged. There was 1 person on duty in Fourways branch, many people queing and when I query why there is only 1 person helping people I am told the other person is on lunch... so then I try contact someone from Financial Services via their Whatsapp portal and I am just not helped. Its been 2 hours and no one is coming back to me..... Really bad service. I think its time I closed my account - clearly they dont want me to have one
How can it take so long for people at Dotsure to revert on a request. Their customer service is shocking and non existent. Its clearly time to mover our car insurance to someone who wants to respond to us after taking our money. Shocking disgrace of a company!!!
Goodbye Std bank. I have cancelled my bond and now my home loan insurance with you and will never ever use you and your pathetic excuse for an insurance Co ever again. You are ********* in not honouring claims and you charge for a service you never had any intention of ever honouring. Disgusting company
What ever you do, do not waste your money insuring with Standard Bank Insurance. They just take your money and dont honour claims. This is now the 2nd time they have done it to us on our house hold insurance. We will be going with someone else going forward. 20 years of paying them and they have never honoured a claim. Assholes
Standard Bank are a complete joke! We have been paying household insurance since 2001 on our home and never claimed. When we put in a claim they reject it and say its not as per their requirements or allowances, hence the rejection. Well now we will be moving all 6 of our bonds, our CCs, Current accounts x 2 and household insurance. All because they cant pay what they should have paid. Stupid Stupid! You really cant help stupid. Good riddance to bad rubbish!!!!!
