Missing piece @ Kfc viking devland
9 piece bucket short of one piece and the branch refuses to take any accountability as apparently the receipt shared is not clear .. provided all the details and raised this same day with them but they just ghosted me ... Really must we now stop to count the pieces before driving off

The lack of customer service is appaulling ... Very quick to Dr your funds and when its their time to Cr you... Its loong stories and a million references All their emails start with we apologize for the inconvenience caused ..what exactly does that mean?, u apologize but keep doing the same thing over and over and over...how toxic are you ... Waiting on my refund for the last 8months and I keep being sent from pillar to post and promised feedback which never comes .. I have over 20 querry references lodged and still no resolution How on earth do u provide a service like this ?

Things go wrong ..It's life but the reaction or support that Schindler provides when u stucked with no air with kids,absolutely pathetic .. 20 min later stucked in a lift, I guess the tech is still on a plane

Panick Attack
Got stucked in a lft at melrose arch at african prixe hotel ..called the helplone numerous times and the guy kept dropping the phone stating that we are negative after 15min of being stucked with children screaming and no assistance at all ..He was outright rude and didint give a damn at all ... No follow up calls we constantly had to call back... please ensure that pepple who responds to these calls are people who a actually want work and understands the life threatnong situation being stuck in the lift can be
