its so much easier to use Yoco compared to the old credit card machines from the bank. you are able to get so much information from the app on your phone at anytime, and you get to save money by buying your own yoco machine. Staff find it easy to use, strong internet connection compared to our previous bank card machines.
My boyfriend and I often go and have Thai massages at Coco (next to the famous Kitima restaurant) as its authentic and the deco amazing and clean.<br> a month ago the receptionist with poor English booked us for normal body massages instead of Thai.<br> when we arrived we where taken to the massage beds and not the massage Thai floor mats. I was unhappy as I enjoy the Thai massages more, it gives the body a good stretch. I wrote an e mail expressing my disappointment. Coco the owner responded back after chatting with his staff and apologised for the misunderstanding . He offered me two complimentary 90 minutes Thai massages. I excepted and said we will pay for the one. We went for our treatments and when we wanted to pay for the one, at the reception they refused to except any money. Then I was given a beautiful glass vase with beautiful plants in it! I was taken back!.. So much given to us for a misunderstanding. This is such an example that when a business looks after a client, that client will stay loyal, Coco may your business flourish as you have the right customer service attitude! you taught me much!<br> <br>
I had bought a few items for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift. the size I bought was incorrect. we took a long time to return the items as he travels a lot. the ladies at the till where very friendly and could not assist us as I did not have the invoice slip. they called the manageress Aasheeqa who did her best to assist and stayed calm whilst we where angry and frustrated. She swiped my card to see if the system could pick up the sale so the invoice slip can be tracked. since we took so long to return the items the system was too slow.<br> I then went into my internet bank statement as Aasheeqa advised, and i picked up the date I did the purchase and the store branch. with all that we then managed to get our full refund after four hours. Thank you for truly finding a way to assist. And what a lovely pleasant attitude Aasheeqa has.<br> However not sure if I could freely buy a gift for someone at Truworths as often I pay cash and one can not pick up a cash sale and often the invoice slips fade or go missing. If other retail clothing stores do exchanges easily why cant Truworths follow the same system?
