NO SERVICE AND BAD PRODUCT
I placed an order of nearly R4 000,00 for dish cloths. I have been trying since May 2024 to get them to send me the correct invoice as they replaced some items which was out of stock. Also, 90 cloths of the order are unusable as it has flaws. I don’t know what to do as they are just ingnoring me.

Since 05 July 2023 no one contacted me. I am still awaiting my refund 😡.

Vodacom false information
Vodacom is lying, they did not privately contact me and I am still waiting for my refund 😡

Vodacom delivered two phones that was ordered via phone on my name without any identification to *****sters. I reported a ***** case on 5 July 2023. I have been trying to get my money back, but no luck. They sent me a letter saying they are going to hand me over as my account is in arrears. This morning another R3443 went off my account. What the … must I do to get my money back???? Vodacom told me not to e-mail every tome as a new ticket gets logged everytime I e-mail, but no one is assisting me via phone. I have had to sit at the bank for hours, have gone to the Table Bay branch, have been penalised die to debit orders that have been returned, had to take unpaid leave to tru and sort this mess out - who is going to compensate me for this?

Waiting for refund
I ordered and paid for items purchased on Boardman's website.<br> This is not the 1st time they have the items for sale, but not in stock. <br> They are not responding to e-mails and NO refund has been done.

BAD/ NO SERVICE
I upgraded to the iPhone SE on Saturday 16 Apr, but can still not use my phone, as the sim card has not been activated.<br> I tried getting assistance from head office, Century City, Canal Walk to customer services. NO RESPONSE.

Have Grabit vanished?
I have been sending e-mailes and phoning the landline, but no response and no one answering the phones.<br> I am worried that Grabit no longer exists.<br> I have an order I paid, but have not even received a confirmation e-mail.<br> Does anyone have advise on where to go from here please.

I ordered and paid for a handbag from Crocs on 27/11/14.<br> I have since then trying to find out where this bag is, but no response at all. Several calls and e-mails sent.
