Terrible customer service
Very unresponsive hospital, complaints not attend to even escalations at the hospital at Tshepo Themba hospital not attended to. The service is just terrible and will take it up with OHSC1 reply

Pathetic online service
Bought 2 products through online store in the 12 aug 2025 and only received it today either missing items and am told they will open a service request which will take 3 days. What a pathetic service with no empathy. Never ever again.0 replies

Poor Customer Service with No answers to questions
Very frustrated with your poor customer service received from you, after lodging a complain here on Hellopeter and your customer service department and still my query is not resolved. I am very disappointed with your level of service, no feedback, systems are down nothing is working right. I need a resolution to my query or taking this further. Looking for answers from Medshield
Never felt so embarrassed at a pharmacy trying to buy my chronic medication and told my medical aid it has been terminated, I left clicks thinking Is their system and only to be told the same story and knowing that my premium is paid. The manager was called and he also double checked and told me the same that I should call my medical aid. I need a formal apology for this embarrassment.2 replies

Very disappointing service from Samsung
Bought a Samsung TV and found the tv faulty and logged a call and sss people came to assess it and now they say the tv is out of warranty and there nothing they can do, this is very frustrating and disappointing to buy a tv that expensive and Samsung can’t do anything about.3 replies

Disappointing service!!!!!
Very disappointed with FNB, Logged a call for a unauthorized transaction however it was declined with no reason, being a private client, even my banker didn't even contact me to hear the issue. Paying services that doesn't work and money deducted from account without my authorization is uncalled for FNB, my money is not safe with you. I need answers and my money back FNB!!!!!!1 reply
