I requested Telekom Mobile (TM) to cancel my contract at the end of the contract period and convert my line to prepaid. To my surprise my line couldn't connect to the TM network on the 25th September. I went to the Telekom shop on the 27 September and was told my line was cancelled an it now available for use by others.<br> <br> I have not been contacted with regard to this.
