Harassment from Telkom Call centre agents

I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the persistent and unwanted calls I have been receiving from your company. Despite my repeated requests not to be contacted by phone, and my explicit instruction to have my details removed from your database, I continue to receive calls on a daily basis. This behavior is not only frustrating and disruptive but also a clear disregard for my expressed wishes and my right to privacy. Repeated unsolicited contact after a clear opt-out request constitutes harassment and is in direct violation of POPIA Act in South Africa. I demand that: My contact details be permanently removed from your database with immediate effect. Written confirmation be provided that I will no longer receive calls or communications from your company. An explanation be given as to why my previous requests were ignored. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant regulatory authorities and consider further action.

Best customer service

Kingfisher Spar On Leslie has one of the best employees ever his name is Oscar. He is incredibly helpful, patient and very professional. Even the cashiers are amazing. Always smiling, very helpful and welcoming.

Pick and Pay fourways mall disgusting cashier attitude

I am shocked by the level of arrogance from a cashier by the name of Mpho Victor Nthasani from Fourways Mall. I went to the store to withdraw cash never mind the fact that she had a disinterested look on her face. No greeting spoke to me in a language that I did not even understand. I then made her aware that I don't understand her. She carried on being nasty saying that she cannot sense how much money I want to withdraw(never mind the fact that i don't know the process of withdrawing cash in store). I have never ever met such a rude, vile cashier. She seems like she has a better place to work at than at customer service. Pick and pay fourways mall. Why is Mpho Victor Nthasani allowed to speak to customers like that? Is that what she was thought when she attended training?

Rain is thee worst Service provider ever

I am still waiting for the Sim card. The consultants at Rain make promises to escalate the issue but still nothing. No phone no tracking number nothing yet they still debited my account

Still the worst service provider Last week I wrote a complaint someone responded Only on hello Peter. I still have not received a phone no Sim card still and my account is still being debited. If you want to be frustrated try Rain

I tried to contact rain support because I had a network issue. And I requested for Rain to send me another Sim card it's been 2 months but they still debit my account

CANCELLED INVESTMENT ACCOUNT

On Wednesday, I cancelled my investment account. I was told it will take 24 hours at the Branch and I will get my money still today, Friday I am still waiting for 'My Money'. This is why I will never take anything from Old Mutual ever again. They make empty promises and fail to deliver

I called Outsurance on Friday because I was looking for car insurance for a Hyndai i20. I decided not to buy the car, instead I went a different one that is insured with budget at the moment. I called Outsurance this morning to cancel the Insurance after the consultant asked for my ID number he put me on hold for about 5 minutes. then he hungup. I need someone to contact me I want to cancel

I cancelled my Medical Aid in July now I received an email that says I will be taken off the medical aid on the 30 September 2015<br> Clearly there's something wrong here, I am not paying 2 medical aids. I gave discovery strict instructions to cancel my membership last debit order going off end of August. Someone from Discovery better call me and explain why im being taken of on the month end Of September? meaning I will be paying my last premium. Hell No. someone better sort this out before I lose my cool...
