<p>There has been a case of back and forth for the last couple of weeks for a procedure on the 29th of September. Feedback with regards to payments and claims to be amended not consistent or correct. Feedback promised by several agents after the 2-3 working days that have past, this has been extended every week when I have had to follow up. The claims come from a hospital benefit, not from the savings, the changes to all the invoices have been made. I expect this to receive urgent attention, and want it resolved a.s.a.p, no more 2-3 days for weeks ahead</p>
This has been more painful than giving birth. Statement received once. Banking details changed and I am not able to get hold of them. They do not respond to emails. And my portfolio manager never answers her mobile. Two years of hell
A year down the line and putting myself under debt review has caused me just as much stress as if I were managing affairs myself. Absolutely no urgency or contact after repeated glitches. There have been several issues and it still continues. I lodged a complaint with the ncr which to my dismay made no difference and the same lack of service was given. Out of desperation I am attempting to get assistance from the attorney's representing me. I would honestly advise anyone considering debt review to consider carefully and do your research. They are diligent when it comes to debiting their fees however in my opinion this is currently the only area in my affairs which has been successful and that's because I keel to my word. No consistency urgency empathy or service . desperate people pay their debit orders,still being threatened and not assisted
joined Siyaya last year November, after returning from unpaid maternity leave, thinking that the service was going to make my life easier. To date I have had endless problems. Delayed feedback, if any at all. Information pertaining to the set down date in court has been requested many times, nothing. I have lodged a formal complaint with the NCR and to my dismay they advised the NCR that I was not honouring payments. This is not the case, I have attorneys calling me , in addition trying to follow up now with creditors is time consuming as well as shocking when they confirm there is no arrangement in place, or that they have only been paid once or twice.Siyaya has recieved a substantial amount of money from me,& confirmed it has been paid out to creditors, so I am struggling to now understand, if creditors are being paid, why am I not getting the correct feedback, & If i joined almost a year ago, why were payments made from June? Where has all my money gone? I am working @ the moment just 2 cover the debt review.& to my dismay, i cant transfer 2 another company, becos of manner Siyaya has conducted my affairs.I almost lost my car, & am on the verge of loosing job.no focus
I have had some terrible service, terrible from this company. I am extremely unhappy.They never get back to me, and when they do, there are empty promises of the plan of action, my current status any advice I may have asked. It is awfull sad, that as desperate people we approach this organization, who have no problem taking our money, but do not keep up there end of the bargain. I have only had a good expereince with two employees in the customer care department, who I have now been told I should not contact as they are not my pda manager. I have attempted to contact the legal department as well, again delays and empty promises. What is worse, is money I paid over to them, they have transferred to someone else now, and are waiting to recover that money before settling my creditors. I am completely and totally disgusted.
I had a large salary deduction due to unpaid leave, my insurance unfortunately did not go of. while I am mindful that it is due to be paid in advance, I have been given a grace period till the 17th. However, funds will be in the account on the 20th, there are various scenarios now, where im covered till x date, and not covered. My confusion is, that if in fact I can provide proof of the deduction, sign a document requesting the debit order to be moved by 3 days, is there absolutely no way of resolving this issue
Currently I am under debt review, the service provider, is not meeting my expectations and this is causing unnecessary stress still. This company contacted me the same day I enquired and offered such useful assistance, that I feel better now that I have a plan of action. I would highly recommend this company to Anyone considering debt review
This morning while on my way to work and dropping my baby, I ran out of petrol. By the grace of God, these two gentleman were close by, and kindly assisted me to get petrol and get mobile. They were friendly and empathetic. I was very impressed. Again I would like to express my sincerest thanks to them both
These two ladies are absolutely amazing, they have changed my impression that I received from dealing with previous staff members. They have been patient, kind and caring. I am very impressed, and am comforted knowing that they are my support structure. Keep it up ladies
