Fnb private client is an absolute waste of money. I have not been ale to get hold of my "private banker" for the past few year. Every time call I get a voice mail with a mailbox so full you can't even leave a message. Calling the land line is also a dead end. Calling the customer care line has been the only way for me to get ANY help.
Using the Mobile app I requested a call back from King Price. Even before I could put the phone down I got a call from Lebo Makweng a King price client care consultant. The service was professional and quick. Thanks for your assistance.
FNB - Wow what can I say.... This is now the second time things happen to my account that no one can explain to the just never phone back! First thing happend a bout 2 year ago.... My wife's card got swallowed by a FNB teller(nice), so first thing is firs we cancel the card on the COOL FNB app. Haha joke was on me the next day I tried to use MY CARD.... apparently FNB saw it fit to also cancel my card that had nothing to do with my wife's card or account. Phoned FNB loged a call to find out how on earth this was possible... To this day no response. Then about 9 months ago... I bought breakfast the one morning with my card all went well 5 hours later I tried to pay for some stuff at the post office but my pin would not work? The same pin I used the morning! Went on to my FNB app to view my pin... got the shock of my live when I saw a pin I have never in my live used or saw before! Called FNB, no one could tell my why, where or how my pin was changed all they would confirm is my pin was changed!! I was told there would be a investigation done to find out what happend ( I am still waiting to find out)! Now 2 weeks ago my wife again got a new card as the old one expired... first thing when wrong when the card was delivered 200km away from us and when we phoned to find out where the card is we were asked is it was in any way possible if we could go and pick up the card, even after we told the person it was 200km way!! But ok after I lost my temper it was agreed the card would be sent to the correct address. Now 4 days ago I again tried to pay for goods at the store my pin once again changed without my consent! And again I was told FNB needs to log a call and I would have a representative phone me in 24hours.... what a JOKE! How can a bank have such low security that my pin can change at any time without me or the bank know who, how, where, when or why it changed!!! I do not recommend FNB at all I am now in the process of changing banks to someone who cares about my money as I do!
I have a gold hosting account with Afrihost..and so it began. It took them a week to get the domain linked and the DNS servers updated. Little did I know that as going to be the easy part. Then it took 2 day to get access to the FTP folders so I can upload my project. Then after I read the files on what I need to name my startup page(index.html) and so I did it still did not work..2 more days and literally 2 hours on the phone per call to the call center it was working. Then for the fun part remember I said its a MVC site.. this might not mean much to many but here we go. The main reason I use MVC is to use the API calls not rocket science.. or so I thought. After multiple calls and emails I was told my code has error(PS there is no error!!).1 Day late I got a email thy moved my site to a new app pool and guess what it worked as it should without me changing anything..... all worked but the default start page AGAIN!! Now after 2 weeks the api calls does not work but my default start page works?? Lately they have resorted to deleting my project files and then telling me the website does not work... No S*&^ deleting file results in error 404. And disabling error does not = fixed!?!?
Just a thanks to Wayne and the team for there outstanding service on my DL650!! I had some problems with small field mice setting up home in my garage next to my bike and started feeding on the wires. So I took it in to Wayne for a service as it was due anyway and thy sorted out the problems and serviced. After getting the bike bake I found not all the wires was fixed but being in the situation I had a feeling there was more than one set of wires that was at fault so I took the bike back to Wane to fine the next fault... without having any problem they took the bike and the next day I had my bike back without having to pay a cent!! With all the error now fixed!! Also ordered hand guards the Saturday and could get it on the Monday afternoon!! Things get done and fast as well. <br> <br> Thanks Wayne and Team<br>
about a week ago my wife's card was swallowed by an FNB ATM around 7 in the morning. On the spot we phoned the call center to cancel the card as I noticed the when the card was bout to eject from the ATM something stopped it from ejecting correctly and it ended up swallowed. SO on the phone with the consultant we do all the checks and passwords etc etc. And so the account type is confirmed the the consultant as my wife has a card linked to my account also(notice its 2 different accounts and account types all together). After words we go to the back to order a new card, where we end up sitting an hour before being helped, and were thy try and make us pay for a temporary care for there ATM that was at fault. No 2 weeks later still no card delivered to the branch of all places we find thy canceled the wrong card. So after holding for 20 min on the phone AGAIN they cancel the wrong card, this time MY CARD.a complete different account and ID number all together, how is this even possible! No I can go cancel anybody card and they now sit with having to go without cash until they can get to a bank and sort it out! And then have to pay for a temp card.. No neither of us has access to cash!
