Absolute worst isp, completely useless when it comes to support my line drops at least once a month for a couple of hours at night till the next day, then trying to get hold of their useless support team is almost impossible to cause you sit on the phone for over 40 to 50min only for them to tell me ****e I already know.
Don't bother placing orders their site says they have stock but never do you end up waiting for delivery a month later after order placed and I still don't have the product.
Firstly been with them for a good couple of years and never claimed, i did however take out a scratch and dent policy with them and when claiming for a dent ( even the panel beaters stated dent ) king price went and said according to my wording it must be a insurance claim which makes no D@mn sense does not matter if a stone hit my car while driving or if it stands parked. There own policy states dent and scratches no bigger than 15cm yet my dent is 3.7cm and will not be covered. the mail i received from them states Good day We have validated the claim. Unfortunately, as per the policy it won’t fall under scratch and dent because of the manner in which the incident happened – it is accidental damages , it’s a claim for the Comprehensive department. But now when you ask them for the policy there is no such thing stated. Seems logic is missing in this company absolute fools
Will Def be using you guys again, vehicles are clean and new plus you got perks that the other rental companies don't offer, unlike other rentals when you return the car full they always seem to charge for petrol even though there is no ways you can fill it up any further with Woodford i never got this problem.

Do not trust Mango with this rewards none of their codes work and the gorewards helpdesk are of no help they do not do anything to resolve the issue, this is false advertising and needs to be reported.

Shaheeda, the Operations manager is a complete **** and does not know customer service, is rude and lies.Anthony Abrahams (the owner with a big mouth and attitude ), says on the phone he will come sort me out like he is going to try something, and when he came down he just did not do a thing and does not know how to run his own business. I don't recommend anyone going to this place or even supporting this business. They have had so many complaints yet this hotel keeps this owner running the spa.
So I joined virgin active last year aug with my vitality, I was leaving the gym this year Feb and asked if I cancelled my vitality does my gym membership also cancel, I got told yes from the gym. So I cancelled my vitality and behold my gym membership never cancelled so I agreed to stay with them for the remainder of the 1 year balance and they even have it on the system that my last is end of JULY 2019. Now to date they have still not cancelled my membership and charging me gym fees every month even though I said cancel and its on voice recording and on the system, yet these dumb@sses don't know how to get this right or even do the job right, they are quick to get you on board but give you no service or even use and ounce of their brain cells to see this error. I suggest no one ever joins virgin rather go to a low budget gym where you wont get this type of ****e service
I suggest not to buy anything from this company there is no customer service, they never get back to you, you can only email them and even then they dont get back to you. You cannot process a refund or if you do you never get you money back, I have processed a refund says we will get back to you in 48hrs been a week now and no feedback or refund. Will be taking this to the ccma as they false advertise. Rather go with wiki as i have never had any issues with them and they have a customer support.
