Pirate company - My Family cinema
This application has been shut down due to copy right infringement. Everyone lost their installment money. The company changed its name from My Family Cinema to Vella then to Konex Now we cannot even contact either one of the companies.0 replies

Bad service from My Family cinema
We subscribed in May 2025. Paid upfront for a year. Within a few months, they changed to Vella ( i cannot remember exactly) then they changed to Konex. Now today 4h November 2025 we are unable to access the account. The message on our TV was something to do with copyright issues. This application is now closing down. We cannot even find any contact details to find out what is going on. What happens to my 6 months of installments in their back account. Disgusting service0 replies

No registration of imported vehicle for nearly 2 months
We imported our vehicle from New Zealand. It was cleared by customs 25th March 2025. We submitted all the necessary documents to the traffic department for registration on the 9th April 2025. To date we have not had our car registered. Lame excuses such as public holidays and the system is down. It's now almost 2 months and still no registration0 replies

MTN STOLE MY MONEY
MTN has stolen my money by deactivating my cell phone and assigning my number to someone else. I suppose that person is a colleague or friend of someone at MTN.0 replies

MTN bad service
I have been trying to find out why my cell phone number is no longer working for 2 weeks now and have had no response other than "we will contact you" I need my phone as I get all my bank account transactions sent to my cell. No one can sort this out and I am now very irritated8 replies
