Wri I am extremely disappointed with MTN Mobile Money service. I made a Cash express withdrawal of R1300, but no reference number or voucher code was issued, while the transaction still shows as pending. I have made numerous calls for assistance with no proper help. I was transferred around, could not reach a supervisor, and agents said they could not transfer me because supervisors were working from home and their phones went to voicemail. This is unacceptable when customers’ money is involved. I urgently need MTN to either issue my withdrawal reference number or reverse the full amount back to my account.

Wri I am extremely disappointed with MTN Mobile Money service. So I have been trying to change my number I have called into their momo customer line. Tje agent totally disregarded my request to speak a manager. The manager was right there and refused to take my call. Apparently I have to wait for hours by the phone and if that one call was missed it's my problem. The agent spoke over me which was utterly disrespectful and also I have said do u not put the down phone in my face. She kept asking is there anything she can help me with. I said yes get me your manager. She said while I was busy speaking thank u there is nothing else we van help you with and put the phone down in my face. What kind of business are use running. I bave experienced bad service before but this was disgusting from the agent and the team leader who is now proclaiming to be a manager. I would like to speak to the manager to who both of these people report to. Your mobile money department really needs work and ness training on how to deal with customers that are frustrated. I still can't believe she put down the phone in my face. I was not swearing I was frustrated and are you allowed to do something like this a customer. I ni need feedback asap Amy number to call from there managers only is 0656361747

Every time I call, I’m told it is being “escalated,” yet this only happens when I follow up – clearly no action is being taken behind the scenes. The consultants do not communicate effectively with their IT/backend team. This is unacceptable, especially for a service that is supposed to be immediate. I even spoke to a team leader, Siyamthanda, who apologized but still advised me to wait up to 3 days. This defeats the whole purpose of using MoMo for instant transactions. I have been using for over 12 years, but after this experience I am seriously considering leaving and moving to better services like . This lack of communication, poor service, and delays are causing serious inconvenience. Customers should not have to chase their own money like this. I urgently need my issue resolved and my money released. I would not recommend this service based on my experience.

I was migrated *****ulently by mtn consultant on the 12 February 2026 .I have been calling mtn many times from the day with no help today I am billed R621.67 for the migration I didn't agree to i need help no one is willing to help me at mtn they keep transferring me and dropping my calls I am stressing a lot I need my money back

I am very frustrated with the mere fact that I've been on a contract and I am being billed the last 2 month yet no service was provided. February the 1st you took R260 airtime away of January and R260 airtime away of February and on top of that R40 WhatsApp bundle. I can't be paying for services I have not received. I am requesting reimbur*****t for all of this. My contract is to pay a device and airtime,this 2 months I was billed and deducted yet no services.
