Unfriendly staff and NO service
This is the second time that we wanted to order breakfast at McDonalds Ermelo that they say it is too early! But there was a person in front of us that was helped. They are a 24 hour restaurant and yet they can't serve breakfast at 06:25???? Person at the window was also not willing to help and was very unfriendly0 replies

Excellent service at MTN store
The staff at MTN at the Spur complex in Ermelo really go out of their way to assist. I helped my mom with het upgrade and despite a huge struggle they never lost their patience. Thank you for great service Tebogo0 replies

Very poor service
This morning at 05:45 I wanted to buy my son breakfast before the bis leaves for sport. We were told that we cannot order inside and when we ordered at the drive through I was told that they only serve from 07:00. Really??? This is a 24 hour McDonalds0 replies

No assistance in cancelling contract for a deceased
My fater passed away and we went to MTN to cancel his contracts. After about 2 months it is still not done. Every time I phoned them the agents said they needed to speak to the account holder, even after I said he is deceased. Now they say there is money outstanding before they can cancel the contracts. If they cancelled the contracts on 4 June 2025 there would not be an outstanding balance. This is unacceptable!0 replies
