Keenan Matthews was outstanding and very patient with me. I was stressed about a statement I couldn't find but he waited for me and put my mind at rest and sorted everything out. I've put a lot of claims through Sirago and their service is great.
my line has been cut. Telkom saying I owe them R1750. Their latest statement doesn't reflect that amount. I pay R500 a month, to pay for each months account.<br> Went to Telkom Tygervalley and was told they only do sales now?<br> How am I supposed to sort this out?<br> How do I cancel my contract?
I received a sms from Vericred saying I owe Pathcare money. I investigated and the account was paid by medical aid.<br> <br> I am still waiting for Pathcare to send me the statement. They say they posted it in July 2014. I haven't received it. They have my email address and i'm still waiting for the account. There was no warning or anything and I want to settle the account but they say I must contact Vericred!!! Why?!!!!<br> <br> This is pathetic especially when I want to pay IF I am at fault, which I am not. Now I will get a bad credit record for this pathetic service.<br> <br> I used Pathcare this year and no mention was made of the outstanding amount.
