Their online shopping is a NIGHTMARE! They do not reply to emails and neither do they answer their phones. I've lost over R1000 for an order that was never delivered, and I am unable to make contact with anyone there. Where is management in all this?
I couldn't make an appointment on their website, clearly a system problem. They don't reply to emails and the listed telephone numbers are useless. The Austrian Embassy is just as unhelpful, they have a completely don't care attitude. I eventually had to go to VFS in Rivonia in person, try to explain to the security what my problem is and after about an hour, and after several persons coming to ask me about my problem, someone that appeared to be senior, who didn't even introduce himself came out to see me. I showed him the problem on their website, on his own cell phone, he then set up an appointment and gave me a sticky note with a signature on it. When we arrived on the day, we were escorted to the VIP section to wait for someone to attend to us. All went well, until I reviewed the receipt to find that they took the liberty of charging us for a VIP service without ever notifying or asking us. The whole VFS Global, Embassies and Department of Home Affairs is a complete ****!
VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE! Do not buy anything from these guys!
Sales and administration service is very good, but their connection is unstable, by that I mean that it will drop several times in a day, they were unable to fix the problem. I cancelled after one month and still had to pay the cancellation fee, even though I never received a full service, it's like paying for a full loaf of bread with getting only a half loaf, thankfully they're not in the supermarket business.
