Dermalogica claims that they offer Payflex as a payment method but don't be fooled. Their "bot" pops up and offers assistance should you require any. You log the problem with them and then their solution is that YOU should contact payflex and ask them why the payment method isn't working on THEIR website?? Their products really do come at a premium price but their client service is an absolute disgrace. What a joke this company is!
What a mission to get anything to work with these people! I have been working from home since March and our connectivity was relatively stable until 3 weeks ago when Vumatel people came to check our box based in our property to see why a fellow neighbor's fibre isn't working?! I have to connect to the hotspot on my phone to perform Teams calls, no Netflix and to give you an idea how bad it really is - the download speed is 0.76mbps and upload speed at 1.83mbps. These call center technicians has no clue how to help you - but yet I am still expected to pay?? You are steeling my money, this is daylight robbery!!
I would like to express my utter disgust in Pick 'n Pay online shopping. In a world where we are fighting a pandemic one tries to remove yourself from all levels and factors of exposure. Online shopping is suppose to make my life easier. I ordered a week worth of shopping online which was suppose to be delivered yesterday between 2 and 6. No delivery took place. I have exercised every form of communication to try and track down my order with absolutely no luck. You can call the call centre but you hold for 30 mins at a time. If you are lucky enough for someone to answer they use the excuse of their system being slow and they are sending an email to an illusionary manager who will def call you back (I have called 6 times and no one phoned me back), I have sent emails and SMS's. In my opinion I have been robbed by Pick 'n Pay because it was very easy for them to take my money but be advised you WILL NOT RECEIVE ANYTHING IN RETURN!!! Pick 'n Pay, if you can find it within yourself to get someone to call me, I am high risk for this virus but due to your poor service I am now forced to go to the shops. Thanks for making the fight against COVID-19 easier...
I was a client of Cool Ideas approximately 4 months ago and always received fairly good service. I recently moved and how things have changed. Their staff is highly incompetent and their service providers even more so. They suggested Vumatel to install the fiber into the house and it was an absolute disgrace, they broke an entire brick in the wall of the house. They are so cheeky to send you a survey and when you give them a bad rating and request them to contact you regarding the matter they just ignore you? I raised the poor quality of the installation with Cool Ideas 3 times and not one person took it further. I now sit with half an installation and true to form have received invoices from Cool Ideas for something I have no use of? I have called their call centre and when asked to speak to the manager they put me on hold for 15 min? It is an absolute disgrace!
I made a booking almost two weeks ago for Valentine’s dinner with my 6 year old daughter. I’m a single mom and travel a lot, just returning from a trip again last night. I was looking forward to spoiling her with dinner in a beautiful setting. We arrived at the venue and our booking was never captured and to my surprise what the individual who did my booking telephonically failed to tell me was that there was a set menu at a cost of R540/p which obviously didn’t have a kiddies option either. We spoke to two waiters before I finally got to speak to the manager who seemed extremely inexperienced and in his attempt of saving this situation went to speak to the chef just to came back and say that the chef refused to assist us as they are fully booked and was also unwilling to attempt making a kids friendly meal. The manager then proceeded to say they have a new staff structure who are all very inexperienced and they are attempting additional training to fill in the shortcomings so sorry but he is showing us away. I am appalled by your customer service and you truly deserve this poor rating. Thank you for spoiling our Valentine’s Day.
I have never experienced such disgraceful service. I ordered some tooth fairy books and a playmobile tooth fairy for my 5 year old daughter as she started loosing her teeth. On check-out I was informed that it would take 5-7 working days for delivery. Approx. a week later I received an email stating that there will yet be another delay in my order. The week I was suppose delivery of my goods I was informed that I am receiving a credit for all the goods. In an attempt to find clarity on why I was suddenly being credited I contacted the details as per their website, herewith a list of all the people I tried to get hold of and who were absolutely clueless as to what was going on: Austin Lategan, Bongisipho, Faheema Peters, Lesley-Anne Losper and Kelly Lazania Divine. To top it off, the books were eventually delivered - the one book looked like someone stood on it and it was dirty all over. I raised it with Takealot and they just said well send it back then (with a generic email of course). I then requested a manager to contact me. I received a mail from Melissa Roux on Sunday asking when she can contact me - I stated after 5 on Monday and to my surprise I am still waiting for her to call me. Your organization is an absolute mess.
<p>On the 30th August I was charged almost R3,000 for 3gigs of data that Vodacom says I used. I have been trying since the 7th October to get this matter resolved but have heard NOTHING from Vodacom. I was told yesterday that the person investigating my call was going to phone me, never happened, I asked for the call handler's boss to phone me, nothing happened and the worst of all, the due date for the call was only set at the 31st October. You guys are stealing people's money and you are stuffing around whilst doing it. It is the worst service provider I have ever come accross. Such an incompetent bunch of people and what a disgrace you are to South Africa, just as corrupt.</p>
