After my sons car insurance went up to a ridiculous amount with another insurer, I contacted King Price on his behalf. Shankari Moodley contacted me straight away and gave me a good deal over the phone and emailed me the policy so my son could have a look at it every thing was done within a few minutes and my son is very happy with the new premium. King Price was the only one that would allow me to do the policy on his behalf as he cannot make phone calls during the day while at work. Thank you for the excellent service
Someone just paid R100.00 into my account at an ABSA ATM since when is the bank charges R82.20. I sell a product for R100.00 minus the R82.20 gives a whole R17.80. According to your new rates for 2021 the bank charges are R2.00. So how is R82.20 deducted of my account. Time to change banks
Do these people realize that the Country has been in lock down for 8 months so yes I got behind in my payments which I am catching up on. I get a phone call today from a very rude lady who says I must confirm details I told her to tell me what she has on file to prevent fraud on my details she put the phone down on me. there is obviously a communication problem between ABSA and the Attorneys.
Asked for Life Insurance when the Policy documents finally arrived months later it was only for Accidental cover. Now they phone 10 times a day and when you answer they put the phone down
If I could give negative rating I would. I had a contract with Cell C for many years which I cancelled and requested that the number be changed to Prepaid which it wasn't. The Sim Card has been deactivated and I cannot do a Sim Swop as the number now doesn't exist. this is due to the lack of competence from the Cell C staff. The Customer Care says I can get the number back and I must go to the branch the Branch says it is impossible. I want my number back
Well Done ABSA cant access internet banking during lockdown and I have probably locked myself out and a person cant even phone and you can only respond to queries on the `7 April. So how are we supposed to pay our accounts
Pathetic Network coverage. Keep getting "emergency calls only" for the last 4 hours cant even phone an emergency number. Online help says try the sim card in another phone. How are you supposed to do that when you only have one phone. then the answer is finally given due to load shedding which is BS today isn't the first time we have had load shedding and other networks are fine even during loadshedding
