Good morning, I hope you are well. I am writing to express my frustration regarding a delivery that was scheduled for 01 April between 08:00 and 18:00, which has still not arrived as of today, 02 April at 11:33am. I made arrangements to stay home the entire day to receive this delivery, but unfortunately, no one arrived. This order was specifically for my son’s birthday party taking place today at 12:00pm, and the delay has now directly impacted the event. I contacted your call centre yesterday at 5:30pm and was told the matter would be escalated, yet I have received no feedback. I have since made two additional calls this morning, only to be told that no further information is available other than the status showing “in transit.” I was also informed that no one could contact the store or courier directly, which is extremely concerning. Under normal circumstances, I would be more understanding, but this situation has resulted in my son’s birthday celebration being negatively affected. Please can you urgently advise: Where my order currently is When it will be delivered What resolution you are offering given the circumstances I would appreciate immediate feedback, as this situation is both disappointing and unacceptable.
Trust you find this email well, I have attached receipts of the movie Acrimony myself and a friend went to watch last night. As you can see time on the slip was at 7pm we came and booked the tickets. Reason being we know its Tuesday and how full it gets and we wanted specific seats. We got the seats we came for however after getting our popcorn and entering the cinema to be seated our seats were taken we informed the people sitting there that this is our seats as per the ticket they refused to get up and people around them was commenting "just go sit somewhere else" which we said no to as we paid for these specific seats came early for that reason they still refused to get up bearing in mind the movie has already started. The only seats which was available was now isle seats we went to tell the lady working there and she had to call someone to come assist us when we got back inside the movie was now already 10min into it and the guy politely told us to go sit on open seats which was Isle seats. We decided just to take the isle seats as we were missing out on the movie. I honestly don't feel this is fair as we were not even assisted by the Ster Kinekor staff, we paid for specific seats and we ended up sitting on Isle seats and still missed 15min into the movie now. I would please like a reply as I was not happy with the service received and our evening was spoilt. Look forward to hearing from you
<p>Good Day <br />I would like to inform spar of the bad shocking customer service i have received in store today. A store I go to nearly everyday.I went to purchase a few things before work when getting to the till the lady kept on ringing my things up wrong which was not a issue.When it was time to pay I could not as Nedbank was offline and the lady that came to assist says it has been off since this the morning she then instructs me to go to the ATM which i do to withdraw cash they will wait for me to come back to make payment.I do that come back and all my things are packed on the next till and they serving other customers i ask whats the problem the lady says we can ring it up again you just need to wait in the queue. I got irritated as I would be late for work.The way she spoke to me was rude she kept on raising her voice i asked to speak to the manager. She then explains to the manager why i am upset but again raises her voice and when i tell her to speak to me properly and not scream she says something in her own language and walks away.The manager does absolutely nothing and when i tell her it was the way i was spoken to and she is covering up for her staff she argues with me does not give me a chance to speak and not even apology needless to say i left all my groceries there and left. Had to rush to work.I am disgusted in the way i was treated your staff is rude and disrespectful.</p>
<p>My car needed a major service and I have been shopping around for months and have been budgeting and having sleepless nights. I then came across Cape Town Fitment centre and met Lynne & Ashley Page. After I sent them a email for a quote I received immediate response and had some queries on it. I received a call from Ashley and he explained everything to me in detail. I then dropped my car and received it back with everything requested, needed done and more. They not only kept me updated all the time but they were honest and when a women drops a car at a dealership you worry but Ashley never once made me feel worried.They are honest, reliable and trustworthy.One does not get that from anybody these days but I would recommed there service to anybody who wants a proper job done and wants to deal with honest people thats Ashley & Lynne Page and there team at Cape Town Fitment Centre.</p>
