If you want to rent at a place where they will show you a horror movie go and rent a flat with these people. Im moving out firstly because of the noise levels in their flat you will be ignored and treated like **** if you complain they wanna get rid of you because the noise makers are their employees first. If they wanna get rid of you even if you cancel your moving out contract they will tell you in two days that your apartment has been rented out already just to frustrate you shame until you fight if you can cos to deal with them you have to be a fighter and be ready to fight them till your last breath. You will query about inflated water bills they will never respond to you shame forget the answer is always we will sort it out next month. This month as im moving out my statement is a copy and paste of the previous month statement with inflated water bills that don’t make sense. I pay same bill of water and everything like last month whether you there full month or not. Already Im 1000% sure when I come out of here I will have to be ready for fighting for my deposit and people say these people blacklist them for nothing but shame I have my team ready for a fight cos ive never seen any rental company as this one in my entire years of renting they never follow rental laws they have their own laws that suit them. Go to their office you will find rude staff members who just treat tenants like **** forgetting their salaries are paid out of the tenants rentals. This is horrible place to rent with i don’t know why they don’t change their residents to student residents once.
The lady that assisted me was so nice and professional. Explained all the process to me was so happy about the feedback and her explanation and patience in taking me through all the process that I ddnt understand
They never respond to anything at foschini you will even ask for call back they will not call back. maybe this is what they do you all the pensioners.,Take their money because they are old and make them owe non stop. Why not respond to any calls yet not even pay back what they suppose to pay to customer then make her owe instead of paying all the monies they have been taking from her.
We sent email for more than a year canceling the policy and they are not canceling but keep on deduction. Left messages for a call back noone calls back yet lines are not picked up. No response on all the emails sent and we want them to cancel the policy and refund all the monies that were deducted while an email was sent.
My mom had an account with Foschini, she has been charged amounts by them that she doesn't even know what are they for. They never canceled her insurance and they keep on charging her and now they don't wannt to refund her instead they want money from her. She went to Queenstown several times a day they called head office to close this account and refund her instead foschini not demands money from her. They must stop playing with pensioners these people
Went to the shop and it's not the first day I go there and receive the same bad customer service from the stuff. They are so rude, went there at 9 today when they were opening stood there with noone saying anything until one guy decided to help me. Wrs he continued to speak his language while he can see m lost. Only to tell me they are busy with stock taking and they can't help me. Went there an hour late got told about the same stock taking while there was one customer they were helping and had to give him simcard. I asked myself firstly why they don't close the shop while doing stock taking. I then asked them when to come back they said after loadshedding which is after 12 and they know at 12 they will close the doors bcos that's what they do everyday. Why do we have telkom at Brooklyn I posted on social media and only to get people saying they experienced the same thing with telkom Brooklyn. Why are they so rude to customers and always telling them stories,even took initiative to ask people around the mall at shops they said that's how they treat people they just done care. Seat there wait for loadsheding and close the shop. A friend of mine ended up going to Menlyn cos Brooklyn people just ddnt care.
I lodged a complaint about a stove that is not working on the 25th of March with reference number 1436792 and i was promised a call for the stove to be attended. i Till today the 19th April I have not got any communication from them. Every time I call i am told that the matter will be escalated. I was given East London/PE branch managers number that i called and even left messages for him because he was on a meeting but till today i was not called.

Peter Rankhathali awesome service brother. He has been very helpful ever since He took over my claim. He took away all the stress we had as he has always been incontact and always giving feedback on the claim.
