No customer service excellence at Standard Bank
Disappointing visit to Fourways Mall SB. I hold Current, Market linked and Home loan Account with SB since 1975 and was advised I had to pay R100 for the Branch visit and R15 for every R100 of change required. Only Business / Acc holders are offered change free of charge. My experience was sad having been loyal to SB for all these years. They may have risen digitally however their customer service is zero.

Lack of urgency at Prime Property Umhlanga
I enquired re a Property advertised by Prime Property Umhlanga. No urgency here. Agent involved was Chrino Lumbo. Yesterday he was out of the office, no call back today. Called the office again today and spoke with Viola who was pleasant and tried to assist. She did say she would request Chrino to call me when he was available.no

Rawson Auctions Inefficiency
My experience with Rawson Auctions has been abismal. Initially spoke with Palesa whi passed me on to a Gentleman in their Pretoria Office. The Auction was meant to happen tomorrow and I had no further updates so I called Pretoria to be advised it wouldn’t go ahead as they had failed to complete their documentation.

Renew online is an expensive antiquated SYSTEM Show South Africa
Please don’t use this slow service if you require your disk in three working days or so. Their slogan is easy, convenient and fast - Not true!!!!!!!! Rather go to the Municipality or Post Office much more efficient than this. The outlets receive their documents from Pretoria and we’re in Johannesburg so you are paying hundreds of Rands for a Snail Service. I used the Spar outlet at Broadacresfitment and although Zanele performs her side of the business well once it leaves her the process collapses if you require your Disk in a few days. Why then do they advertise easy, convenient and fast?????
