Really fast service. Placed an order in the afternoon and received it the very next day.
I am still not getting any proper response from my issue which I have logged. My phone was stolen from the Authorised Repair shop of Samsung on 04/03/2022. The SUS Repairs did not communicate with me until I initiated and also was not getting any feedback. I then logged a call with SAMSUNG and was given the necessary reference number on 08/03/2022 and up till now, I have not been given a proper update for my stolen phone. They keep saying that my call has been escalated and that Vaughan and Noelin we’ll keep me posted. However, this has never happened.
In July 2019 I purchased as TV box. After setting it up the box I connected a usb hdd which did not work. I tried all the settings given by Nology and did not work. I then left it thinking the unit does not connect to external hdd by what information given to me by Nology. Then only in march I contacted Nology again to see if there was any updates to get the usb hdd connected. Which again no luck. Still was told the the unit is for peripheral devices only. After a few days I was asked to send the unit to Tech.co.za so it could be checked out. Once the unit was tested it and found not working. They replaced my box and confirmed there was a problem with the unit and Tech.co.za was helpful in the matter.

For the last 3 months, I have been experiencing extremely poor quality services from Cool Ideas. The Line speed on the fibre is terrible. I have a 10mbs fibre line and its not even close to 1mbs. It seems to be the luck of the draw every time as to whether the line will work or not. 1st I thought it was due to loadshedding but for the December period there was none and yet the speeds were poor. I have ran a speed test on their servers and it gave a +-900ping with a 50kbs download...
Takealot.com! Ordered and paid Takealot.com on the 28/01/18 items were in stock (CT) 2-3 days delivery to JHB according to Takelot.com description. Still waiting for my delivery 03/02/18. No feedback from Takealot.com and just no responses regarding this. On the 02/02/18 received an SMS that order will be delivered before 5pm, order was in transit at 6.55AM and I still have not receive my Order from Takealot.com. I have sent Takealot.com numerous emails and calls but no proper feedback at all. Till now I do not know where is my Order or when will I get it. Seriously pathetic service from Takealot.com
I have had a Savings account for many years and on the 2nd April 2015, I went to a branch in Lenasia to Close my Savings account and open a Cheque account. I have since made 4 follow ups to ensure this Savings account is closed and I have NOT had any success in closing my account. I have requested ALL of my accounts linked from my Savings Acc to the Cheque Acc. This is also an Unsuccessful mission as I been transferred from one department to another back to a branch and so forth!!!<br> I have went into the branch TWICE (Tow separate days as it was still not done) and was directed to the Tellers to Withdraw all funds as the Savings account will be CLOSED, this still has not been done. I am getting charged for an account that was to be closed. <br> My internet banking profile is now MESSED UP as my accounts are NOT LINKED TO MY CHEQUE ACCOUNT!!!!<br> I FEE LIKE A STEVE!<br> <br> STANDARD BANK IS NOT SIMPLER, BETTER, FASTER AND DEFINITELY NOT MOVING FORWARD AT ALL!!!<br> 24/04/2015>
I HAVE BEEN TRYING FOR GET THE RATES FOR A FLAT SORTED OUT. ON THE STATEMENT I AM BEING GETTING CHARGED FOR BUSINESS RATES FOR A FLAT WHICH IS INCORRECT AS IT SHOULD BE RESIDENTIAL RATES. OVER THE PAST YEARS/MONTHS I HAVE BEEN CALLING THE CALL CENTRE AND ONLY TO GET REFERENCE NUMBERS AND WITH NO HELP. I WENT TO THE OFFICE AND WAS GIVEN A FORM TO FILL IN WHICH I DID (FAXED AND EMAIL) FAX LINE DOES NOT WORK.<br> TILL TODAY I RECEIVE NO HELP AND FEEDBACK!!!<br> IT IS RIDICULOUS WITH REGARDS TO THE NO SERVICE I HAVE BEEN GETTING.
