So Bonitas thinks by ignoring me the issue will disappear? Why am I paying every month for the membership that I cannot even claim from the benefit booster?
After all the back and forths on this platform my benefit booster is still not activated. I went to Dischem after I received communication from Bonitas saying my issue has been resolved but when I got to the pharmacy I still experienced the same thing.
To date, I have: * Reported the issue about the Boncore options that seems to be non existent multiple times since February * Received no consistent or satisfactory explanation for the rejections * Not been provided with a clear corrective action or resolution timeline If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will have no choice but to escalate my complaint to the relevant regulatory bodies. Please treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and provide feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
Can someone please intervene and resolve my issue. I’ve been paying for Boncore for the past four months for nothing. That option is non existent and no one is assisting me. Bonitas keeps saying they are investigating but nothing is being done. This is so disheartening and unfortunately my company won’t let me cancel during the year.
Another week of getting told my query is still under investigation and feedback will be provided since I started reporting the same problem since February. I’m in need of medical attention and I have a medical aid that I’m paying for while it is inactive and Bonitas isn’t even bothered.
I lodged a grievance last week and Bonitas responded with saying they’ll investigate the matter. Till now I haven’t heard anything except for an email with a reference number Hellopeter Complaint - Khakhu N: 02300000227 that doesn’t even mention anything else.
I downgraded an option and took Boncore from 1st of Jan 2026 meaning my previous option ended on 31st Dec 2025. Since the commencement of my new option I’ve just been paying Bonitas for nothing, none of my claims are being paid and when I do wellness tests my benefit booster doesn’t get activated. Pharmacies are always getting an error which says “555 - Beneficiary termination date is before the date of treatment”. I’m always calling the contact centre and sending emails but the problem isn’t getting resolved. I regret joining Bonitas and if only my company allowed us to move to other medical aids during the year I was going to move.

I will no longer be buying from the The Wig Factory. Bought a terrible human hair wig from them and I didn’t like the parting when it arrived. I asked the lady called Victoria what their return policy was and she stated that as long as I haven’t cut the lace yet I can return it and she provided me with contacts of a lady called Lee who deals with returns. I spoke to Lee and she provided me with their address to courier back the hair via Pudo and I did send the wig back. Two weeks later I still haven’t received my refund and they keep saying it’s being processed. I’m very disappointed with their lack of service, they only care about customers when they are buying only
I was assisted by Alex Sittig and he is the best. He has the best approach and he communicates information to the clients extensively. Outsurance has the best service and their service agents are trained exceptionally well. Very professional and knowledgeable.
