I have still not received a refund for cancelled goods ordered 3 July. I have received replies from Makro, but staff appear incapable of resolving the issue.
I have still not received a refund after I cancelled an order 7 weeks ago, by email on 4 July. The goods were not delivered. Makro has called me back several times, escalated the matter every time, and then there is no further communication. Staff are incapable of resolving the issue.
I have tried to cancel a Makro order 6 weeks ago. Makro has the goods, and my money. Makro has escalated this 4 times, and then nothing happens. They recognize emails with an automatic reply, and send standard replies for complaints on Hellopeter, but resolve nothing.

The briefs at Woolworths are two sizes too small, based on a tape measure and their own size guide on the back of the packaging. It is packaged in such a way that the customer can measure the size, and they do not accept returns.
The few times I have taken the MR 559 road between Saldanha and Langebaan there have been roadworks. This has seemingly gone on for years without end. Gravel from the freshly tarred road surface hits the windscreen. I had to wait some 15 minutes for traffic from the other side.
I order expensive hardwood from Brights Hardware, which is not in stock for viewing, and drove 50km to pick it up. They came up timber that has been patched together with finger joints. The colours of pieces do not even match.
Home Connect internet service provider, using the Zoom Fibre network, supplied me with a Wifi modem, but has not provided the Wifi password. They provided a Wifi user name, but no password. The modem did not come with a user manual. I can't get a reply out of of them.
