I really appreciate the service from Chantel Swart and Quintin Combrink. They have been my conveyancers several times. Whether it's buying or selling property, every time it has been prompt and professional. I highly recommend Miltons Matsemela.
Eskom replaced my old prepaid box with a new prepaid box. The technician noted the original units, which was 4268.48. However, now Eskom refused to refund the units and only gave 76.80, claiming that it what they have recorded. I emailed them the photo of the meter movement form and now they say they need to verify it and their working time is one month. They cannot explain why there is a such a discrepancy between the units but it seems to me that someone has altered the form so that he/she can ***** the units.
Had initial issues with returning a robotic vacuum cleaner for repair. However, Makro responded and kept me updated on the repair progress. Now the unit is back and working well. Many thanks to the Makro team especially David Mabena (Hello Peter consultant) and Norman Dilley (Makro Care)!
Poor online service. Defective item not picked up for repair after two weeks despite multiple phone calls and emails.
Very poor digital service. Ordered an F-secure antivirus subscription from Takealot. Received an email without any licence code. Phoned Takealot multiple times. Customer service just says they will look into it. Now it's more than a week. Still waiting for them to send the actual licence code.
Ordered and paid for a hard disk in 28 February 2022 for R5690. Order still not received. Asked for a refund in April. Refund still not received after 4 weeks.
Very poor service. Suspended my cell phone without reason or warning. Phoned call centre at 082 111. Call centre just keeps offering self service options, none of which mentions how I can restore my cell phone service, afterwards it hangs up on me. No actual person ever tried to answer my call. Tried to email support. Receives an automated email wanting details of my number (e.g. last recharge) as security check. Supplied such details. No further email received from Vodacom. After much effort, I think I have to give up that number and I would caution any one trying to sign up for Vodacom that they may face sudden suspension of their service.

<p>Had a string of disasters (burst geyser damaging the ceiling) and house break-in (forced entry with the damaged building and stolen jewellery, tv, laptops...), so I had to claim twice in short succession. All the Outsurance staff in the claims department (e.g. Anthony Coleman, Daniel Moleko, Hellen Sibanda, Ronnie Kelbrick) and the customer service (e.g. Tess Waller), the assessors, and the building companies (e.g. GTR construction) who has helped me has been very kind and knowledgeable, assisting me through these troubled times to repair my house and replace many of my lost items. I am overall very satisfied with their service (although I hope I will not need to make use of their service in the future).</p>
