Discovery wants to charge me R500 excess to fix a windscreen chip that will cost half to fix without claiming. How does this make sense? By the way, last year, I did not pay any excess for chip repairs...

Shocking service
For the last month we had no garden service (which we pay for). I requested to mow my own lawn with our complex lawnmower, so that the kids can at least play on the grass. Pro-admin declined my request and cannot come up with an alternative. Shocking! to say the least.

No use to have DSTV insurance. My decoder is faulty. I took it to the walk in centre a week ago. Only to find out they don't have replacement units.
