IN A FLAT PANIC, 6 WEEKS BEFORE COMRADES, JAX SOURCED ME SHOES AND FLETCHER MADE SURE I HAD MY SHOES IN TIME FOR A 60KM TRAINING RUN! I AM SO GRATEFUL FOR THE EFFORT AND GREAT SERVICE

IN CAHOOTS WITH RENEW IT, THEY HAVE SMEERED SHUT THE INADEQUATE REPAIR AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. THEY HAVE MADE FALSE ASSUMPTIONS AND ALLOGATIONS REGARDING MY VEHICLE. I AM ALSO NOT GIVEN A SERVICE MANAGER'S CONTACT NAME UPON REQUEST. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO GET MY VEHICLE REPAIRED ADEQUATELY SINCE 7 AUGUST 2025 BUT THEY ARE PERSISTENT ON INACCURATELY ASSESSING THE PROOF OF NEGLIGENT REPAIR AND DAMAGE TO MY VEHICLE. I HAVE BEEN STRANDED WITHOUT TRANSPORT SINCE 7 AUGUST. WHERE DO I TURN TO FOR HELP?

AT ALMOST R300 A PAIR OF THESE SLIPPERS, THEY ARE UTTER JUNK! HADN'T EVEN WORN THEM A MONTH AND THE RIGHT FOOT STITCHING AND GLUE CAME APART. HE TREATED ME WITH DISRESPECT AND IRRITATION. THE SAID SUPERVISOR STOOD ON HER PHONE ON SOCIAL MEDIA AND IGNORED ME. I CAN FIND NO CONTACT DETAILS FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WORKS. ALL MAILS AND CALLS FAIL. STORE DOESN'T ANSWER CALLS. NO MANAGER IN SIGHT FOR ASSISTANCE.
WORST EXPERINCE EVER COMING FROM THE UK BACK TO SA. FLIGHT DEPARTURE WAS A DISASTER. NO FOOD WAS SERVED FOR BREAKFAST. MY SUITCASE WAS DRENCHED WITH WATER/RAIN WHEN I RECEIVED IT. ALL MY BOOKS AND PAPERWORK IN THE SUITCASE HAD TO BE THROWN AWAY.
