NO Oura ring service and promise
Oura Ring no service empty promises and logging calls that gets closed with no response. It seems that Discovery is great at logging calls and only giving you a standard response that means nothing. You are treated like a number and they dont care that the problem and **** service was on their side, dont think they will try to show empathy or take responcibilty for it. They just send you prefabricated responses like you are a robot.

Worse place ever even if you follow their process to exit
They log tickets and they promise to phone but they never do. The account went from paying in advance to paying afterwards. Then they say you owe nothing and send you a screen shot and then suddenly you are handed over to collections? and nobody calls back or can do anything.....

Can not do a standard ISP change.
It was suppose to be a easy standard ISP change from 1 provider to SuperSonic. I have now been without any internet for 4 days. Call center just drops you back in the que because they can not help you. They refuse to send you to any senior person. They will say call is with the PMO office but yet you cannot contact them and they can not transfer you. They also handle you like you are a child. They keep pushing the blame to anybody. They use the "Escalate" but it just means we will do nothing further, ot we will open a case for you and then they promise 24 to 48 hours, it is now double that and you still wont get any help! They will even blame the installation which has work 100% for almost 2 years. Vumatel test and say the issue is with them, I have no internet and say it must be Supersonic and yet Supersonic refuses to accept that they might have a problem. 2 individual people must be wrong because Supersonic says so....

Unhelpful and willing to accommodate obvious technical glitches !
I Sent a query to discovery showing them a screen shot of the exercise with an apple watch. The start time (09:07) and the end time ( 09:43), yet the exercise time is 24:46 seconds. I indicated that it does not makes sense and logged a query which was conveniently responded as an apple issue. They send the wrong information as reason, they get the information from the health app and not the watch. So much for promoting health when they will deny obvious tracking glitches. Like technology will never have issues, and that obvious issues as well!

Useless UberEats
Second time in a row we have ordered through UberEats and the second time we have been greatly disappointed. They say and estimated time but 40-50 minutes, but you en up waiting for over two hours. We have kids and we deliberately ordered 17:15 and the food arrived at 19:18? how do you explain this to a 4 and 6 year old? Never use them again!

New Response amounts
I complained a month ago on here that they do not take into account that people have stray cats and we do not have control if the animals keep setting off the alarms. I got a call saying they understand and will reverse the billing. GUESS WHAT i am still getting the SMS that i will be billed for it! GREAT SERVICE!

**** new rules
ADT Just changes the rules as they feel. I think this new 4 visit rule is ****. They sold us monitoring and armed response, but now they want to charge extra for response. Do they actually think people sit back and enjoy the fact that your alarm goes off and you sit at work wondering if anything is happening at your home. They do not consider other peoples animals like cats setting off your alarm, which is completely out of your control but now you have to pay for it if you are more than 4 responses. SO do we get credit for the months we dont have any responses? No any way to make more money with doing less work! I will not recommend their service

His name is Kirk and his phone number is ********** 592, Email he uses is ********** He uses a fake company promises the world and delivers nothing. He stole money from us and is now pretending it never happened! Please be carefull this is a scam!
